Right, Bro., but the talkers i was referring to (i should have phrased it better) was mostly what was coming out of mainstream media, still portraying him as a gangbanger for the most part, and an author (which they *really* hate, this also happens w/Mumia). Of course they despise intelligent Black men, men getting a hint of royalties in prison, and men with even a rumor of getting movie money. If they focused on his transformation, it was usually so twisted around he sounded like a gangbanging-crazed panther-terrorist. In other words, business as usual. WE absolutely were calling it what it was, just another attempt to encage a militant Black leader. It really, really hurts to see this Bro. on the run again, they will NEVER leave him the hell alone.
