Asante sana for the report, seems to say he got a 15-year hit & they are pushing for 6 instead? The hearing seems not to have been for parole itself but for a parole hearing date to be pushed up, i'm not sure if i'm reading this right, let me re-read a few times (legalese always confounds me).
