Comrades while living in DC and wanting to do something about our people on death row, i became a volunteer with NCADP while Steve Hawkins was still Exec dir. For a few yrs and through many trials and tribulation comcerning this matter i was confronted with one question * Why were so many black women on death row?
Steve and i had many deep discussions about the overwhelming majority of Africans who were sentenced to death for killing Euros vice versa and this is what i learned.
