Unfortunately we do not know the back story. Was he carrying a legal weapon, what was the chase based on, what happened prior to this. The amount of force and power was devastating to say the least. Once we understand the back story, more than likely it will fit into what those of us who our conscious understand our relationship with is with the police forces! They are enemy combatants and we must be prepared to deal with them as such, the sissies will cry justifiable homicide as usual but we must know the actual facts.
