My question to the Assata family is, when do we begin to say..."We do not support Obama politically, but we will not allow this kind of bullshit, especially the death threats, to be aimed at this Black man!" That's just about the point I'm at. That bullshit bar in Marietta should be burned to the ground for that Obama/Curious George shit just as a sign. The editor of the Roswell, GA paper that had Obama in their crosshairs needs to be made an example of. But you know what, we won't do shit. We're too busy disclaiming and discrediting him to see the bigger picture here. Though many of us don't see him as a real Black man, the rest of the world DOES and are treating him as such! Manchurian Candidate, Mole, Android, CFR Conspirator, or whatever the fuck you want to call him...doesn't matter. They are attacking him because he is Black and we are letting it happen. We are allowing him to be lynched without any action. FUCK that! Is it because we disagree with this Black man that we are going to allow them to destroy him? Then what will we say? "We ain't like him anyway!" How stupid does THAT sound?
