THe 'God is not that great' or any files with .001 , 002 ,... were probably split using HJSplit. its a non install program. just run it and itll ask you for the files that need to be either split or joined.

As for the Dick Gregory, those are .Flac files...... I didnt drop that so i have no clue why they chose flac.
