It is very baffling. But what is more shameful than there "modern-day savagery", is that even in there best thinking they still haven't found enough evidence to believe that they are as "uncivilized" as there ancestors, needless to say worst, incomprehensibly so, that they have "dutifully" put the bounty of "deep personal humiliation and disgrace" on GOD, as to make themselves the "self chartered" and "pricipled-keepers" of "whiteness" with conviction, that if GOD wanted "us" to have better He would not have put them in charge, and blessed them so "bountifully" without measure, GOD willing.
