France has everything to do with the genocide, from giving Habaryimana the arms, to training the people in Northern Rwanda for this genocide, and for also not allowing some Tutsi's to escape during these "Peace intervention" missions only to be met with hacks to the head.
Kagame needs to put France on trial because they were the top dawgs behind the whole thing the people in between were the Hutu army generals, and the small dawgs were the people who carried it out.
