This reminds me of two things.

Oh and secondly,
my neice, nice young woman from L.A., was visiting with me a few years ago and we reasoned that this would happen and continue to escalate.
It's a planned social action, according to her, that is being played on an 'unsuspecting population'. Her words. She majored in journalism.
It came out that certain 'gangs' have an initiation of murder.
One MUST murder someone to be a member, thus 'random killings' will continue to raise.
