Dr John Henrik Clarke is a giant

One of the things which brought me back from indiscriminate honky hating was just what the elder sed; black scholars and historians have built upon the works of neglected white (anti-racist) authors like Massey, Rawlinson, and others.

I remember as a kid reading Thor Heyerdahl's story about the Kon Tiki, a reed boat he built with some scientists to prove how the Polynesians and Africans crossed the vast expanses of the Indian Ocean and the Pacific. Heyerdahl was anti-racist. He also set about on a papyrus boat to prove the ancient Egyptians journeyed to the Americas, but that trip failed due to the construction of the boat. However, it is documented in the Bible as well as by Herodotus and others that a Twenty-Fifth Dynasty king sailed around Africa, from the Nile Delta rounded the Cape and into the Red Sea.

There is anti-racism, and there is a lot of independent support among many scholars that has helped us break down and combat racism. Only the racist status quo has a vested interest in maintaining society's vicious, backwards ignorance. They not only propagate this amongst whites but within our community by promoting pigs like Henry Louis Gatekeeper.

More importantly, it is important to recognize the contributions of trailblazers like Dr Clarke, Doc Ben Jochannan, Drusilla Dunjee Houston, Omali Yeshitela, Huey P Newton, Walter Rodney, Amilcar Cabral and other scientific thinkers whom we do not always recognize as historians yet who give us new ways of viewing our story.
