Please share your favorite smoothie concoctions.
In order to get fruit in your diets I suggest making all fruits smoothies. It is okay to use soy milk/sub milk in your smoothies but it is better for you to make one with %100 fruit juice. You can do this buy adding frozen fruit in the blender with just a little bit of fruit juice, depending how you like your smoothies you can use more. This method can increase your daily fruit and fiber intake if you use apple or grape juice. Bellow are some ideas of fruit juice and soy milk smoothies. Here are some of my favorite smoothie concoctions.
Carrots, dates, Almond milk, vanilla
Frozen Banana, almond milk, dates, vanilla
Apple juice, various frozen fruits
Orange juice various frozen fruits
Frozen beets and ginger (taste just like sorrel)
Pineapple juice and various frozen fruits
