Do not confuse European government meddling in Africa and people of African origin who are citizen of those countries and people of Europeans origin who are citizen of African countries.
Citizen of African countries of europeans origin will be living like any citizen of of African countries lives, respecting the law of the land, the same apply to citizen of European countries of Africa origin.
we (the African continent) will cut all ties with those countries (western european countries) for terrorist, racist and criminal agenda against people of African origin to cut them access to our economies, natural resources that finance their oppression against the African people world wide.
but we will maintain our interest sections in some third countries embassy to keep in touch with brothers over there so that we can work together to achieve our goals there too.
we as a state will have our policies directed against terrorist states like the UK, USA, EU and will also be monitoring pink "white" terrorists and mass murderers or potential mass murderers to prevent them from caring their evil duty or accessing power.
we will also work with brothers over there to help stop all kind of evil against our people there, just like brothers over there will work with us to help us track the pink "white" terrorists visiting Africa for possible arrest to strength the motherland.

But we are also ready if every one agrees to have our people back and in return they take their people back. that apply only for Europe because in places like the USA, Canada, new zealand they have no say because those are not their land of origin.
