Yea I love the ambiences from the "Meditation - Ravi Shankar - Chants Of India (Complete Album)" those are great even tho its all on one track.
I found i go outside in the middle of everything. with the wind and all the sounds at its clearest.... and i just slowly disappear after a while. Its pretty good.... strangely enuff it always starts with everything getting louder and louder. then I get this metallic taste in my mouth, and i know its coming......... ........
its pretty strange i used to get the strangest dreams when i was lttle, it was such an alien foreign dream, I cant even relate to it using our "nature" of this realm..... but in those dreams were my first records of experiencing that metallic taste... as well as other 'strange', or foreign senstations ..... wierd situations, seemingly of a chase or a running scared kind of theme. ...but like i said, pretty much unexplainable. no humans no animals. just forms moving about. black and white.
Check out the Osho tracks also. He does a great job explaining different aspects of meditation. he's also entertaining. Peace glad u feelin it Pragmatic.
