| Mushrooms for Meat!
Of late I have fallen in looooove with mushrooms I buy all kinds and sautee' them in butter and garlic with some lemon juice occasionally. They are the bomb!
Well...my favorites are 'Portabella' they are about an inch thick and have the consistency of meat... after they have been cooked down. I have used them to replace meat in several dishes ....
Have you tried them or do you have a mushroom I might not have tried ...there are so many different ones?
