| Portabella Barbeque Burger
Large portabella with the stem removed, marinated and Barbequed on an open grill…smooth-side down first, to let the marinade cook in. Put on a whole-wheat bun with grilled onions, tomatoes, Barbeque sauce and other fixin’s. This will make a meat eater holla’!!!
The marinade can be as simple as a good oil/vinegar based Italian dressing w/ a little sea or kosher salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
