this was actually written by a guest on the mutaburuka message board. no name, no contact information. i am thinking about hosting it on my own site once i can do a few meta searches to see if its on any other sites. its an excellent capsulation of lots of good material that i have read over the years. its like have 10 extremely technical and authoritative sources in one article, with nothing left out. well written.
