try ur best 2 find a mid-wife of Afree-kan origin(I TRIED but...ended up wit an arab mid-wife 4rom Tunisia :oops:2) plan 2 birth baby at a birthin center, 3) do not take any meds given 2 u by whitey/arabs etc. :!: 4) do not go 2 any gyno. 5) mek sure u are healthy b4 conception 6) do not go 2 the hosp.(if u can aviod it) any time during ur preg. 6)
if u prefer a home birth then ALL THE BETTER!!7)NO NEEDLES!! 8) NO SOCIAL WORKER!! IF DEY ASK U ANY PERS.?? TELL DEM IT'S NONE OF DEM BUSINESS!!! 9)AS LESS ULTRASOUNDS AS POSS.2 MAX., 0 IS THE BEST # 10) if u must, use only herbal remedies 4 any problems that may arise.
