"I keep up w/ news in Afrika. I know current leaders, political parties, challenges, etc."
BUT...I also want to point out that I try to stay up on what's going on in the African diaspora as well (i.e. Haiti and the Caribbean, Brazil and the so-called Latin Americas, and etc.).
