I understand from the IMDB that there is a strong movement (petition at this point) being organized to release the "directors cut" of these films. The director of the film has passed however so I don't know what problems this may present to the effort. If you remember the scene from CONQUEST OF THE PLANET OF THE APES where Cesear is speaking to his troops - his lips are moving in parts but no audio is heard. LOL What ever he said had the studios freaked!! The lines already are among the best I've heard on film so you know I'd love to hear the rest.
