i didn't read all of the post, but i've heard talk about how there are "plans" to make New Orleans into another Vegas... yesterday, my son told me there's a rumor going around here in Vegas that Mardi Gras is going to be held here... just strengthens the truth of what is being said by the residents. turns my stomach.
