| Blueprint For Counter-Insurgency
Counter-Insurgency: A Government's War against the Liberation Movement of an Oppressed People.
1. RAPID DEPLOYMENT - The rapid response capability. In order to be successful a counterinsurgency effort must destroy the guerrilla organization before it gains widespread popular support. Here in the U.S. the BPP was defeated in 4 years.
2. THE ELECTRONIC BATTLEFIELD - This gives the Imperialists an advantage through the use of a wide range of computerized surveillance devices, infiltration alarms and the infrared detection systems. This based on necessity since guerrilla fighters are excellent on the ground while U.S. and Western militaries are not. This is the reason for 'Shock and Awe' where they bomb you to soften you up and then send in the Infantry. In the U.S. all forms of electronic surveillance including wire/phone tapping is used against the Black Liberation Movement.
3. THE MERCENARY APPARATUS - The use of indigenous or neighboring forces to fight the revolutionary army. Here in the U.S., African traitor police, along with neocolonial politicians and bureaucrats are used brutally against the African Community.
4. SOCIAL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING - Non-military attacks on the People, psychological warfare and supposed "economic assistance" ostensibly to meet the needs of the people, which ends up in the pockets of traitiors, police and administrators. In addition, social systems engineering includes "resources control" which restrains the movement of People and Resources in and out of a "target zone" in order to undermine the insurgents' adminstrative infrastructure. Includes federal systems like Operation Weed and Seed.
