Beloved, I would love to quote what I heard on a cartoon one night, and if I did quote it and we act on it,we would have a better world.
Precious, everyone deserves rehabilitation, but first they must admit they have a problem. They must be isolated before rehabilitation as with all diseases/infections, and that is what these people are (lesions).
