I have to say I don't agree 100% with this. However, you raise very valid points and I hope that people act on them as opposed to just reading. It's a very interesting point of view, since many Central/South Americans I know entitle themselves "Latinos", speak Spanish and worship at Catholic Churches. I would like to find out how many pure-blood Indians are alive today and what their relations with Catholic "Latinos" are, as well as how many of the latter feel the same way you do. Your emancipation would be a wonderful event indeed, considering the Northern nations will unfortunately never have that chance (most of them are wiped out or living segregated in reservations).
A few of the things said, I found unaccurate. Allow me to quote this paragraph:
"We are told not to speak of the crimes committed against us because European descent people might get their feelings hurt if they find out that they are collectively racists, thieves, murderers, and holders of stolen property. It is felt that they will see themselves as being attacked for just being part of the “white” race, not for being descendants of people who committed the most monstrous crimes in the history of humanity or for the fact that they are still profiting from the crimes of the last 500 years."
I believe you need to be a bit more delicate when generalizing that way. When you say "white Europeans", remember that Europe is quite vast and isn't only composed of nations such as Spain, Britain, France or Holland. By labelling Europeans your enemy, you attack more than just your historical opressors. You also attack a vast array of nations and cultures that have, ironically, been on the opressed end most of the time.
I say this because I was born and raised in Romania, a country with a history very different from that of colonial superpowers. At the eastern gates of Europe, we have been subjected to invasions, slavery and numerous criminal regimes and are still lost in a sea of political and social chaos. The economic situation isn't as dire as in other parts of the world but cannot be compared to standard Western European countries.
I hope you bear me no ill feelings - I do carry the latin blood you loathe, as it was brought to your empires by your opressors. But, in the end, it's not the blood in one's veins or the pigment (or lack of) in one's skin that matters. The battlefield is divided by history, not race or nationality.
