This is the beginning of an approahs in addressing an growing & a very serious issue on the slavery plantation prison system.
In the News Recently reported this week that the rate of young black males entering into the slavery plantation prison systems is increasing now to over 1000 young black males per week now count 52 weeks if its not 1000 per day at 365 days per years. 
The country now headed in an major recession and this is not including the our young black sisters and even black children on top of the numbers.
