| Conscious Women Love Niggaz?
The topic is controversial but I could help but to post it that way after reading Elder SunShip's post on Baggy Pants post below. Any comments? Quote:

| Conscious Women Love Niggaz? Maybe it because some niggers are realer about being niggers then some conscious folx are about being conscious-REAL being the pivotial word here. |

| My sentiments 100%
I wrote a book entitled "Clash: Blackwoman it's yo fault" and it talks about these so-called conscious sistas, some whom i've dated, desiring the thug/conscious brutha. These sistas perpetuate the madness that they supposedly fight against. If I hear one mo sista say "I wanna conscious thug or a gully African" I don't know what im gwan do!!!! |

| Sister Josie, before I comment any further let me ask, outside of RBG = Red, Black, and Green, and of course what that has always stood for...the way you're using this acronym in a sentence, what does it mean to you? |

| Now Sister Josie, you know we all have various well defined ideas about what’s a gangsta’ and what’s a revolutionary, can you further explain or enlighten me concerning this combination of the two that you seem to seek, and what characteristic that person has or should have? Also, when you get one, what are you going to do with him? |

...and might I add that I don't mean gangsta in the "ghetto" sense it is used and abused lately. I Just like a conscious man who stands for what he believes and folds for no one...we females are attracted to the masculine strengths of a man and women these days confuse the "thugs" for strong men and there is more to it than just a tuff front.

...maybe you can satisfy my curiosity and also help enlighten me by revealing which of those virtues might come first, or in what order on your list of redeemable attributes. For it's a detailed list and I'm sure a "natural-born" man might have some of these virtues somewhat stronger than others. |
