| Who would you like to meet, alive or ascended?
I would be honored to meet Marcus Garvey,George Jackson,Angela Davis,Assata and Malcolm X. I would love to sit with them over a huge feast and discuss the ways we can liberate our people, and stay united for generations.

I'd like to meet my grandfather. I was about 6 years old when he died, and I don't have much of a memory of him aside from pictures. I'd also like to meet my cousin Issac Hayes, and pick his musical brain to see how I can elevate my own craft. I'd also want to meet my Ancestors and their descendents, because I'm just so anxious to know what my people were like, their tendencies, where they came from, etc. I'd also like to meet all of the beautiful Sisters that I have connected with online and offline (that'll soon come. *smile*).

I am in awe of folks who built temples, and other structures as evidence of their belief in the GOD/DESS, folks like King Lalibela, and the folks who built temples in the Nile Valley as well as the Indus Kush Valley region. I am in awe of people who acted in revolution having had a disussion with the creator through prayer, or dreams or meditation. Folks like the priest, Dutty Boukman, and Nat Turner, these are folks I want to meet!

My daddy, Kwame Ture. I believe if I met him, I'd meet all of those who were influential of his time, as well as DuBois and Che and Garvey. In my heart, I feel as though I will meet Assata Shakur...and perhaps Raul Castro. I am going to meet Mukasa Dada, in person...soon. I would like to meet a group of sisters dedicated to their people in spirit of freedom and love, without any particular religious thought to focus on. I would like to meet the masses, at least half way...lol. DuBois said that out of all the things that man knows, he knows himself or his brother the least. If I were to meet my papa again, I believe I would have met my ancestors and a few of the great prophets. I would like to see my papa again and ask him some questions about my views on freedom. I believe, if I was old enough to understand these things that I know now, I would have talked with my papa everyday....he was so black and he was very wise. He had connections. He would have geared me in a direction specific, with insurance.... Its a shame that when he was alive, I could not understand the significance of lots of things he would say and do. This man was amazing. He was a Christian, for sure... but he would not go to church for nothing. He would read everyday for hours...and he never lost his sight. He would talk about spiritual things that would scare me and I would plug my ears as he spoke....I was just crazy. He could tell some things that you could never find in any book...lol. He was kind of like Kwame Ture with his view on religion. When Kwame got sick he did not pray to only one type of god in one type of religion, this man went to African rituals, and Islamic rituals(i believe I read that) and santeria(for sure)in Cuba...and that is like Garvey, in a sense, where he was knowledgeable that there was One God, we are One People, with One Destiny. My papa was the same. |

| You know what...you are wayy to sarcastic for me, bruh....lol Writers are confirmation. Everyone else are the creators of the events that have to have confirmation for those who weren't there or who don't believe, to believe. If DuBois said so and so did whatever, I am looking for so and so... not for DuBois..lol |

| LOL!!! Nooooooooooooooooooooo...that was NOT sarcasm right there!!! That was a serious affirmation to what you were saying!!! You of all people should know how much I complain about DuBois "talking over the average persons head!" I was TRYING to relate with you *pouts*
