Would you want your man to help with the wedding?

One of my closest friends is getting married in September,and he's being very lazy about helping with the wedding. His fiance' is Japanese,and he actually chose the location,but before that he refused to help her..now he's helping because she was pretty close to walking out.

I do not "consciously" know of ANY man who EVER thought the wedding was important. BUT...MANY men I know (who have gotten married) have done everything in their power to make the day special for their wives.

If he wanted to help, than so be it, but most men from my experience have no desire to really contribute to the planning of the wedding.

My husband was adamant about the song that was played when we first were announced husband and wife.

It was " You're My Latest, Greatest Inspiration" by Teddy Pendergrass.

That was about all.
