Thumbs up Cool...

To QUEEN-

Cool I feel that OUR people are suffering slowly but surely. It would take a very strong family unit and village to keep us holding on.

Glad we could come to an understanding

The strong black woman is dead.....on August 15, 1999 at 11:15 p.m. while struggling with the reality of being a human instead of a myth, the strong black woman passed away.

Medical sources say she died of natural causes, but those who knew her know she died from being silent when she should have been screaming, smiling when she should have been raging, from being sick and not wanting anyone to know because her pain might inconvenience them.
She died from an overdose of other people clinging to her when she didn't have enough energy for herself. she died from loving men who didn't love themselves, and only offer her a crippled reflection. She died from raising children alone and for not being able to do a complete job. She died from the lies her grandmother told her mother, and her mother told her about life, men and racism.

She died from being sexually abused as a child and having to take that truth everywhere she went, everyday of her life, exchanging the humiliation for guilt and back again.

She died from being battered by someone who claimed to love her. And she allowed the battering to go on, to show she loved him too.

She died from asphyxiation, coughing up blood from secrets she kept trying to burn away instead of allowing herself the kind of nervous breakdown she was entitled to, but only white girls could afford.

She died from being responsible, because she was the last rung on the ladder and there was no one under her she could dump on. The strong black womam is dead.

She died from the multiple births of her children she never really wanted, but was forced to have by the strangling morality of those around her. She died from being a mother at 15, a grandmother at 30 and an ancestor at 45.

She died from being dragged down and sat upon by un-evolved women posing as sisters. She died from pretending the life she was living was a kodak moment instead of a 20th century, post slavery nightmare!

She died from tolerating Mr. pitiful just to have a man around the house.
She died from lack of orgasms because she never learned what made her body happy and no one took the time to teach her, and sometimes when she found arms that were tender, she died because they belonged to the same gender.

She died from sacrificing herself for everybody and everything when what she really wanted to do was be a singer, a dancer, or some magnificent other.

She died from lies of omission because she didn't want to bring the black man down, she died from race memories of being snatched and raped, snatched and sold and snatched and bred, snatched and whipped and snatched and worked to death.

She died from tributes from her counterparts who should have been matching her efforts instead of showering her with dead words and empty songs, she died from myths that would not allow her to show weakness without being chastiesed by the lazy and the hazy.

She died from hiding her real feelings until they became hard and bitter enough to invade her womb and breast like angry tumors. She died from always lifting something from heavy boxes to refrigerators.

The strong black woman is dead.

She died from the punishments received from being honest about life, racism and men. She died from being called a bit-h for being verbal, a dyke for being assertive and a ***** for picking her own lovers.
She died from never being enough of what men wanted, or being too much for the men she wanted.

She died from being too black and died again for not being black enough.
She died from castratiion every time somebody thought of her as only a woman, or less than a man.

She died from being mis-informed about her mind, her body and the extent of her royal capabilities.

She died from knees pressed to close together because respect was never part of the foreplay that was being shoved at her.

She died from loneliness in birthing rooms and loneliness in abortion centers, she died of shock in courtrooms where she sat , alone, watching her children being legally lynched.

She died in bathrooms with her veins busting open with self hatred and neglect. She died in her mind, fighting life, racism, and men while her body was carted away and stached in a human warehouse for the spiritually mutilated, and sometimes when she refused to die, when she just refused to give in, she was killed by the lethal images of blonde hair, blue eyes and flat butts, rejected by the O.J.'s the Quincy's and the poitiers.

Sometimes, she was stomped to death by racism and sexism, executed by hi-tech ignorance while she carried the family in her belly, the community on her head, and the race on her back!

The strong silent, talking black woman is dead!!!!!!!!!or is she still alive and kicking???????????? I know I'm still here
The myth of the Black Superwoman is wreaking havoc on Black women in general. This myth that we can take and endure anything is killing Black women. The myth that we are the world's workhorse is killing Black women. We are not Superwomen. We have needs, wants and desires just like anyone else.I personally hate "The Strong Black Woman" stereotype as I feel it demeans us and strips Black women of our vulnerability and femeninity.

The E-mail, which I am quite familiar with, is on point.

Beloved Qg Denise, I am not focus on white women for any comparison as to how I validate myself. They are nothing to compare ourselves too, and I make every attempt to keep them of my Sweet precious "Lips Of Wisdom".

Afrikan Men redemption lies in the Afrikan woman. When we Afrikan women take back our Afrikan men from the oppressors and that include the (white women), the oppressor will be mad as H__L, because they would have lost control over our Afrikan men.

When we become the goddesses we should be, our Afrikan men will fall in line, and there they will stand before us like a Stag on the mountain top, ready to charge in our arms where they belong.

An ex-slave master (boss) use to say, lets fix the problem, and perhaps we can discuss it later.

Everything that transpired in the past dealing with our black women, is effecting them today. It's a deadly game of acculturation, in which there are very few black women out there holding the revolutionary legacy. Don't get me wrong, us brothers on that same downhill, but how you gonna be a rich black conservative, and constantly hide behind your corporate white counterparts and say "well, them days don't exist anymore". It amazes me, but we still have strong black women today, just got to bring more of them out!

I'm counting, I think I made you laugh 2 times now. Maybe I'll covert my selfish agnostic beliefs to some higher power. That gives me the ability to make beautiful black women laugh.

The strong black woman is alive and well. How does everyone think the black race has made it this far. Don't get caught up in the hype, we are still out here fighting for freedom, even though others do not want to acknowledge our existance.

WHO else can watch the oppressor cut their child from their stomach, and then continue to deliver more. THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN!

WHO else can watch her man, and children being sold into slavery, knowing they will never see each other again. THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN!

WHO else can have her nursing baby pulled from her breast, to be sold, while at the same time norishing masters child with the same milk she is not even allowed to feed who own child. THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN!

WHO else can be raped by master, and bore his children only to watch them be sold into slavery, knowing that they too would be just as oppressed, and hated even more. THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN!

THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN! THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN! The greatest of all women. Because she had a vision of freedom, and by any means necessary she did what she had to, to ensure that her race would survive.

The revolution continues! THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN! is alive and well. THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN, is all the sisters who continue to fight for freedom and their liberation.

I salute THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN!

One Love & Respect Always

She Died from Loving Men who didn't

was Killed by the lethal images of

blonde hair, blue eyes, being

rejected by the OJ.'s, the

Sometimes, She was stomped to Death by

Racism & Sexism, Executed by Hi-Tech

We must not confuse strength with hardness of the heart. True strength comes the belief in yourself that you are a beautiful Afrikan woman.True strength comes from pride and love of our culture, and love of family & community. True strength comes from knowing that you are the first Black Queen to inhabit this planet with the Black King. Do not allow evil forces to kill your spirit, my sisters. We are essential to our men,our children and our people. Just as we cannot survive without our Kings,we cannot survive without love of ourselves and each other as a collective entity.

Oh Hell No

Beloved Assata Mighty Warriors Queen Goddesses:

We will not allow the world to think this for one nanosecond.

Speak my sisters, speak. Speak on this like a tornado uproots a tree and like a volcano erupts. Speak on this with the force that is more powerful than Nature. Chew on this message like a rottweiller chew on a bone. Speak on this with the fury of a Junk yard dog.

Calling Assata Shakur, Sojourner Truth, Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Corretta Scott King, and ALL the Amazon Queen Goddesses Meteors long gone whose bloodline/DNA is in us Afrikan black womb-genders (also known as females).

We Will no longer bed down with lies. It is time for us to Revive, Resurrect, Restore, Relive, for A nation Will rise no higher than its woman, and the Afrikan black woman IS IT. Lets tear the Kingdom of Lies and Deception about us down with (Truth and reality). We have a whole Continent that is waiting for us to return and claim her (Beloved Afrika). Like a person who walks around with many scars on their face and we frown at the sight of the person. Afrika too has many scars/scar tissue. But for those of us who are self-sacrificing, loving unconditionally those scars, claiming her (Afrika), are the ones who can make her the DIAMOND she once were.

We Will not allow people, places, things, and Lies to cause us to abort our Afrikan/Black mission.

Oh Hell No, we will not allow another lie about the black womb-gender be told and come Alive in the eyes of the world.

In case we did not know (womb-genders) we are Afrika. Every where we go throughout the world, we take Afrika with us. We can deny her if we desire, we will only be denying ourselves. Afrikan/Black Womb-genders UNITE. Bob Marley. Stand up for our rights, and do not give up the fight.

Afrikan/Balck Womb-genders, we are the slavation for our people and the entire world. We are the Meteors the world has been waiting for.

It is time for the Afrikan/Black womb-gender to Shine, Sparkle, and Shimmer.

Like in a Dice game, we must Shake, Rattle, and Roll these Lies about us back to HeLL from which it comes from. If we do not rise (Consciously/subconcciousl) rocks alone will not be our pillow, but the Pillows of Lies, and that is harder than rocks. We will cover our minds with the Blankets of Deception.

Afrikan/Black Womb-gender we need to get the enemies off our heels and turn around (mind-set) and get on the enemies heels. We have our children to save and build Kings in our men.

ALL the Afrikan/Black male warriors, speak up, let the world know that we Afrikan/Black womb-genders aren't dead. Stand by us, for you will rule and reign with us when we rise (consciously/subconsciously). Many of us have Stood By the Afrikan/Balck Men. Now, is the time for the Afrikan/Black Male to Stand By The Womb-genders.

Hon. Marcus Garvey. Up! Up! UP! You mighty ones. You can accomplish what you Will.

We are It. Lets Get It On.

Here is loving you/Afrika

Hon. Marcus Garvey. Up! Up! UP! You mighty ones. You can accomplish what you Will.

We are It. Lets Get It On.

Mumia: On the Move.

Here is loving you/Afrika
