Health insurance, pregnancy and PCOD?

I have group health insurance through work. Open enrollment is in February. I remember when I signed up a few years ago, maternity coverage was extra and had to be added to the policy. I got married this year and want to add it to the policy now. I also have PCOD, so we want to start trying to get pregnant now. I am 24, and he is 28. My insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia (they were closed Thursday and Friday), and I'm anxious to know if we can start trying soon, or if I need to wait until February. Anyone have any suggestions? The Blue Cross website doesn't help.
