I could be mean and say "Shave it off brother" but that would be awful coming from some one like me with a full head of hair

But I took a look at my copy of African Holistic Health by: Llaila O. Afrika and here is his remedy for hair loss... (Look in the Remidies section of his book if you have it)

Falling Hair (Baldness)

Boil wild cherry bark for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add 8 teablespoons Indian Hemp. Herbs to drink: dryed dates, nettle, shavegrass, horsetail. Food: Brewer's Yeast, lecithin. Vitamins: B6, B complex, C, E, F, Biotin, inositol, niacin, choline, paba, iron, silicon, sulfur. Amino Acid: Cysteine. Hemeopathic: Slilcea.

Give us an update.

Hell if you want organic foods invest in a garden and grow your own.
You basically pay for some one elses blood sweat and tears.
Get a few pots and frow what you want.

I've never heard Rev Valentine's advice about hair loss. I do have a lecture of Dr. Afrika where he says if you have a hair follicle dot, then there is hair that can grow from the dot. if you're scalp is shiny nothing will grow.

I'm going from memory and it's been awhile since i've watched the tape, he recommended the herb nettle, a GH or an HGH I can't remember which. ( GH stands for growth hormone HGH is human growth hormone) and he also said -- now I'm drawing a blank. he recommended another item or two. All things were to be taken at the same time.

Also I've heard Queen Afua and other practitioners recommend doing head stands (if you're up to it) or elevating your legs really high so that the blood will really circulate and go to your head.

for example, a person that has hair or can grow hair, but shaves it all off clean when the hair starts to grow back, even before you feel the fuzz you can see the hair growing back in. I'm calling that a follicle dot. it's a follicle for future hair that hasn't grown out from the scalp yet.

do you understand what I mean?

peace
