many store bought peanut butter is full of poor fats, Cholesterol, white refined sugar, dairy (poor dairy at that), perservatives, additives, trans fats and low net carbs. a variety of all natural peanut and other nut butters abound. i suggest everyone try them at least once. only sunflower butter is a hard taste to get used to. its great for toddlers that have nver had peanut butter, but anyone else will be tripping if they have it. lol besides that, knock yourself out.

Raw almond butter Raw walnut butter Raw cashew butter Raw macadamia butter Raw organic nut butters mostly do not contain salt, sugar, or other additives. However, they can be expensive. |

Raw, unsalted peanuts in the shell are better for you because the enzymes in the peanuts are still alive and they retain more of the vitamins and minerals that are lost during cooking.
