Without development Africans will 'flood the world' -- Chirac
President Jacques Chirac of France said Friday that without economic development in the coming decades Africans "will flood the world."

Asked in a July 14 televised interview about the problems of illegal immigration, Chirac said "we have to go back to the basic issues."

"One cannot solve a problem outside of its context, and the context here is obviously north-south .... Today there are 950 million Africans in Africa, 450 million under 17.

"In 2040 there will be two billion. If we do not develop this Africa, they will flood the world," Chirac warned.

The funny part is they (the white man) just got here!LOL! We occupied the Earth almost 8,000 years (somebody correct me if my figures are wrong) before anyone even knew a EuroPEON existed! Is there really power in numbers? Yes and No!

The power will come if the masses of these Afrikans are trained to build, and bring Afrikan power and natural beauty into the world. Right now unfortunately we are producing a whole lot of 50cents, and Niger Innises.

These numbers will only be relevant if they are a purpose driven, Afrikan/Self-Centered, strong willed, building society. What will they do if not guided, here on this forum there are hundreds of motivated soldiers... We must be the guides/teachers/priests/priestesses to move them towards the war of Afrikan liberation.


I say bring on the millions let us flood the earth but we shall slay anything in the path of liberation! As we hack down the enemy we must sow the seeds of nation-building on the premise of Afrikan Socialism where Afrikan Males and Females, Ancestors and Elders rule and the children are not forgotten!

Chirac warns of 'African flood'

French President Jacques Chirac has warned that
Africans "will flood the world" unless more is done to
develop the continent's economy.

In a TV interview, Mr Chirac said nearly 50% of
Africa's 950m population was under 17 and that by 2050
there would be two billion Africans.

He said the necessary resources had to be made
available to help Africa.

"We have an immense problem [in Africa] ... which is
that of development," he said in the Bastille Day
interview.

'Back to basics'

"If we do not develop... Africa... if we do not make
available the necessary resources to bring about this
development, these people will flood the world," he
said.

Mr Chirac stressed the need to "go back to the basic
issues with regard to immigration".

"One cannot solve a problem entirely outside its
context, and the context here is north-south
[divide]," he said.

Earlier this week, French Interior Minister Nicolas
Sarkozy said Europe had to be careful not to turn
itself into a fortress just to keep out immigrants.

Addressing a European-African migration conference in
Morocco, Mr Sarkozy said the so-called zero
immigration concept was a dangerous myth.

Search for solutions

Delegates at the conference were trying to develop a
common approach between Europe and Africa.

Proposals included tougher policing and action against
human trafficking but also measures to deal with the
poverty and conflict which drive would-be migrants to
seek a better life elsewhere.

Last month, Spain announced a three-year diplomatic
drive in West Africa to try to halt the flow of
African migrants to Europe.

Nearly 8,000 Africans aiming to enter the EU have
arrived in Spain's Canary Islands alone in 2006.

About 1,000 more are believed to have died attempting
dangerous voyages in the Atlantic to reach the Canary
Islands.

I read a book called world slums, the author predicts that the social-economic decline of third world countries and the widening gap between the haves and the have not's will give way to more population control practices. This will lead to the extinction of certain indigenious groups
