      FREE Self-Defense Workshop!

      The Afrikan Martial Arts Institute will be facilitating a FREE Self-Defense Workshop, for men, women and children, ages 10 - Adult. Instruction will include defenses against:
      * Chokes and Head-Locks
      * Bearhugs
      * Attacks while you are on your back
      * Knife and Club Attacks

      This workshop will be conducted as part of the 20th Annual Malcolm X Festival - Saturday, May 30, 2009 - from 1:00pm - 4:00pm @ West End Park in Atlanta, GA.

      Please wear athletic clothing and athletic footwear if you are going to participate.
      If we conquer the enemy within, we have nothing to fear from the enemy without.
