Sacred Woman training, taught by Queen Afua/Mut Nebt-Het, is a living Healing Legacy charged with Traditions of our ancient Afrikan past to guide women on how to sit in their seat of illumination and to rise out of dis-ease, destruction and toxic unhealthy conditions to a more balanced, harmonious, radiant, liberated and sacred life. Sacred Woman teaches and shares self-healing techniques to women for total transformation. Sacred Woman reclaims the spirit of the indwelling healer through the 9 gateways of Womanhood.



A Three-Day Intensive -The following is what you can expect:

· Womb Meditation: Centering and stilling the mind, body, and spirit. It is the yoking and the unifying of our upper region of the spirit to our lower region of the physical.

· Dance of the Womb: A series of 25 movements representing a moving meditation.

· You will experience the gateways of Sacred Word, Food, Movement, Beauty, Space, Healing, and Relationships, resulting in the Union Lotus Initiation.

· You will learn the observances of the spiritual bath, setting up your altar, anointing with oils, libation, prayer, fire breaths, meditation, visualization, herbal tonics, flower essences, nutrition, and journal writing.

· Organic Live Juices, Foods, and Herb Tonics.
