The Re-codification of Western Slavery

I originally wrote this paper to clarify to the reader that the western paradigm of slavery has not ended. However, I am putting my opinions in a forum that there are a lot of sisters and brothers who are mental giants compared to me so this paper then represents (I hope) a contribution to the clarification that we are not free and freedom i.e., how to organize to gain it, needs to be on our minds constantly and that revolution must be a constant condition. By that I will continue.
First of all, the Emancipation Proclamation did not free one African in America, it is not a law, it is what it says it is, a statement of proclaiming a matter not actually setting it into law.
