From day one black americans have lived with stigma a fear of our beutiful difference of language, culture and color. No one cared too get to know us a fear that misinformed, maimed and killed a great many Africans since the boat trip force and loaded on ships, shackled together mere inches apart but, black folks have endured.
Every institution that African Americans are connected to directly or indirectly have and obligation to counter act the damage done.
People of all ages, both male and female experience citical deficidts in what lacks in the health and well-being, of the american population It is very much visible that African Americans are more likely than whites to be born in poverty, to live in substandard housing to have experienced un-employment, dropout of school incarceration, become parents in between the age bracket of fifteen and nineteen.
Substance abuse, delinquency and cross-generational incarceration, no matter self inflicted or system administered the effects over time have immmpacted male female and family constuction. Wheather we even care to recognize the cause, response and effect nature of the abuse exploitation and oppression applied in many different ways
by degrees just to one race of people more than another over hundreds of years or is this an un-realistic in hynsight. No I think not racism is still alive.
