Just as many vegetarians complain that people eat too much meat, carnivores do not practice a balanced diet…I have known many vegetarians to be guilty of the same. Vegan and other vegetarian lifestyles can be dangerous if you neglect balance in your diet.
When living as vegetarian, vegan, and/or raw Foodist always remember that you are actually adding more to your diet then you are taking away. Create a list of new foods to eat in order to substitute the foods that you no longer eat.
