My eight year old had his first negative run in with a police officer today. He was told he had to leave a skate park because he had a "scooter". There were about 20 or so other caucasian kids riding their bikes & boards in the park, and my three sons were targeted, this fckn pig had the audacity to walk up to an 8 year old & tell him he has to leave the park. Rolled up in the squad car, got out and walked right up to my son. It was clearly racially motivated & I told my son to remember this day, 9/11/10, because it won;t be his last run in with the pigs. This experience personally gives me more fckn fuel for my next committee meeting on the 24th....

thru a mirage
of lies
she weeps
the fundamental
mistruths
of man's
inhumanity to man
the truth is
there is no
conspiracy
when people
are being brutalized

I feel very excited about some new opportunities falling into my path. Things feel right & are about to take shape. I admit that I am very afraid, I am fearful because I know I am potentially putting myself in the line of fire, but...
