White racism through information management

Information management, social engineering, and traffic shaping are the evil crafts of modern institutionalized racism. No group more than Black people need to recognize this fact and understand how it is now being so detrimentally used against them.
This disclosure is not a blind indictment of all whites while turning a blind eye to our self inflicted problems. Nor is this an attempt to peddle victim-hood to absolve or shirk ourselves of our own personal responsibilities as Black people. This instead is a truth that needs to be recognized and addressed if we Black people are to survive and be apart of the future.
Although today most African Americans do not experience racism the way their parents experienced it, they do, however, still experience White racism. America's white elites practices of economically exploiting and suppressing its Black population was never truly abandoned; it was instead secretly modified into a more contemporary and stealthy design. Today�s method of deploring white racism has sophisticatedly evolved far beyond the previous blatant, now morally unacceptable, methods used in the past. Today�s modern system prevails by using misinformation as a tool to spread false beliefs about and among the masses of the Black population that ensured the continuance of white dominance and control. It is a mass manipulation program that works by psychologically affecting the unconscious mind through deception. It uses the media�s proven ability to manipulate and influence individual perceptions and public opinion to adversely affect its targeted Black population.

The usage of information is rarely considered when discussing method of emitting white racism; however this progression was a logical choice because information management is a powerful tool. It is the single most important thing that moves the world economy, influences political regimes, defines meaningful thoughts and constructs human behavior.

While although most African Americans are unaware of how white racism is now emitted through information management, nonetheless, and to the detriment of millions of African Americans, it has been extremely effective. It is by far the most detrimentally proficient racist system ever to confront Black people. It affects the Black mind by using deception, and psychological manipulation. It conveniently provides a more socially acceptable and covert means of maintaining white dominance and control.
Recognizing this stealthy racist system is often very difficult for many of its Black victims. Because Black people have been so deliberately bombarded with so much deplorably negative images of themselves, it has therefore become easier for many to believe that it is they that are their own worst enemies rather than now white racism. Therefore, recognizing this truth will require that many of its Black recipients overcome their psychologically engrained negative perceptions of themselves and favorable perceptions of whites. These perceptions have been deliberately unrelentingly indoctrinated upon the Black psyche through this very same manipulation process that this article exposes.
The national media�s distorted portrayal of Black America that amplifies the negative to the point that it distorts reality is more than just biased media reports. They covertly function as psychosocial programs. By using the media�s proven ability to manipulate and influence the masses, the U.S. government white elites have developed a more covert method of controlling its Black population. The constant relentless bombardment with deplorably negative images of themselves that of which African Americans are so inundated with�through a white controlled media--is a very carefully and deliberately designed mass media social manipulation program. Its negative portrayals of African Americans are deliberately designed to adversely manipulate and shape their minds and collective consciousness. It covertly controls and divides African Americans by subjecting them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves while insinuating that they admire, respect, and trust only Whites. It drills the message that Blacks are powerless, of lesser moral, character, and intelligence. It conditions Black people to accept white dominance over their lives by convincing them that it is now they that are their own worst enemies-- and that they need whites to govern over their lives. Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche is designed to break down African Americans� sense of racial unity and allegiance, mold the character of self-hatred, engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and distrust among their group.
Moreover, it totally detaches African Americans from their sense of power and reality. To the detriment of many African Americans, it has been an extremely effective. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to accept the dominance of Whites and white institutions over their lives by misleading them to believe that they are, themselves, their own worst enemies, therefore engendering an aberration of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility. It is at the root of both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is at the heart of internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess.
It was this psychosocial program �that through its �favorable pro white� marketing campaign- made the white race the litmus test and standard for all humanity despite their brutally racist history to the contrary. It is also responsible for the false sense of superiority that many whites now possess.
This system uses misinformation to ensure the continuance of white dominance and control. This is not all an uncommon practice. Information management, social engineering, and traffic shaping are the evil crafts of the digital age.Therefore they that control the world�s information control the world.
In the United States it was implemented against African Americans in response to the Black power and civil rights movements of the 1960�s. This method provides the U.S. government with a more socially acceptable means of continuing its White racial dominance and control. Unlike the blatantly overt system of racism used in the past that resulted in African Americans unifying themselves against it, this modern stealthy designed racist system is covertly deplored therefore it is not as easily recognized or even comprehended by its Black victims. It is so subtle, pervasive, well-organized, complete, and proficient and yet most African Americans are totally unaware of this method of emitting white racism. In fact many African Americans will find it too shocking to contemplate. Nevertheless, it is directly intertwined with the extensive challenges negatively impacting Black America today. It is so well disguised that although many of its Black victims may instinctively feel that there is something wrong, they are however unable to sufficiently conceptualize it so that they can unify and defend themselves against it. It is so sophisticated that even the very brightest of African Americans may have little, if any hope of extricating themselves from its detrimental effects.

IT ALSO CREATES PUBLIC CONSENT FOR THE MISTREATMENT OF BLACK PEOPLE

Not only does this massive manipulation campaign negatively impacts Blacks self perceptions, it is also designed to create a shift of victimization that changes the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black�s behavior rather than White�s proclivity for racism. Therefore engendering increasingly prejudiced distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that are designed to makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf, and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today. Therefore fostering a national setting of where in which Blacks are more easily exploited and ultimately consensually suppressed. It also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has subconsciously become that it�s all now justified. When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the fiercest and most effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated under the belief that it is justified. This method of control and suppression is based upon the methods of propaganda techniques of renowned psychologist and United States propaganda specialist Dr. Edward Bernays. This is what mass manipulation propaganda specialist Dr. Edward Bernays referred to as �engineering consent�.
Through this media driven psychosocial program the masses of African Americans remains the most racially devalued and most economical exploited and suppressed group in America. The effects of this social program are also manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Some studies have shown that this social program has engendered increasingly acrimonious beliefs and prejudiced perceptions about and against African Americans that are arguably stronger today than they were after emancipation.
The many problems now facing Black America will not be corrected by implementing outdated strategies of foot marches, speeches, or the commemoration of fallen Black martyrs. We can also no longer survive as a race addressing this modern system of racism using nineteen century strategies. It is only by exposing and eradicating this modern covert system will real change be possible for African Americans.
Unfortunately, for Black America, this modern racist system will not be discontinued because of the historic presidency of Barrack Obama. Because America�s true rulers, the white elites-- they that maintain their positions of powers and prestige regardless of who is president-- merely intends to use this presidency fame and image as a means for restoring America's eroded global image and standing in the world. They may also use it to solidifying their positions of white dominance by perpetuating the false hood that America has truly become a fair and equal society thus making Black cries for true equality even lesser heard. Unless the masses of Black people are made aware of this modern racist system and unify themselves against it, the white elites will continue to use it against us --even with one Black president.
Black people throughout the world must educate themselves about what is really going on. This understanding is in fact extremely imperative if Black people are to be a part of the future. In order for Black people to acquire real positive change within the entire global community it is imperative that we understand how white racism has sophisticatedly evolved and then confront it unrelentingly.

As a means of ensuring the continuance of its white dominance and control, White America's methods of institutional racism has been secretly modified into a more contemporary and stealthy design that provides a more socially acceptable means of controlling and suppressing the advancement of its Black population. This modern, more sophisticated method is appropriately referred to as �the Black Matrix�. And although its method is less blatant than those earlier racist systems used in the past against Black people, its affects are however far more detrimentally proficient. In fact, it is the most proficient racist system ever deployed against Black people and yet most are totally oblivious of its existence.

It is surmised that this covert [Black Matrix] racist system was implemented in 1968, in the face of widespread violence that ensued after the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King�s brutal assassination amplified Black angry demonstrations and riots within the United States. Such incidents were reported in more than 100 cities across the nation immediately following the assassination. This violence resulted in the loss of lives and property that cost the nation and taxpayers millions of dollars and increasingly placed the peace and stability of the nation in dire jeopardy. America�s racially motivated brutality toward African Americans appeared to have reached its boiling point, creating much unrest and discord. These factors, combined with the rapidly deteriorating American global image, led U.S. Government agents of White supremacy to quickly reform their techniques of institutionalized racism.
This problem resulted in President Lyndon B Johnson ordering the formation of the Kerner Commission. Its mission was to investigate and prescribe a cure or recommendations for the problem. The Commission concluded that blatant White racism was the single aggravating factor for the collective problems. The Kerner report�s findings required that the U.S. Government abandon its open, blatant forms of racist systems used to suppress and control of its Black population as a means of maintaining its White dominance. This abandonment of outdated tactics necessitated an implementation of an improved method for ensuring the continuance of white dominance and control.
Changing times required that the U.S. government modify its methods. Today�s method is more covert and sophisticated in its implementation. The United States media�s distorted portrayal of Black America that amplifies the negative to the point that it distorts reality is more than just biased media reports. They function as a media manipulation psychosocial program. It is deployed through a massive media driven-- social engineering-- marketing campaign that devalues African Americans. Its features include the ability to both influence the national climate and engender personal psychological feelings among African Americans that ensures the continuance of white dominance.
This psychosocial program adversely manipulates and shapes the minds and collective perceptions of African Americans by subjecting them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche is designed to break down African Americans� sense of racial unity and allegiance, mold the character of self-hatred, and engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and division among their group that weakens their ranks. Furthermore, it also heightens mass insensitivity throughout the nation and world regarding the plight of African Americans therefore facilitating a consensual nationally setting for Black mistreatment. This psychosocial program is at the core of the feeling of self hatred that many African Americans now experience as well as the feelings of superiority that many whites possess.

The objective of the United States government has always been to maintain its White dominance over its Black population, and clearly mass psychological manipulation meets this need--because it covertly creates a national climate that allows the government to suppress consensually the advancement of its African American population and to maintain its White dominance. Furthermore, history overwhelmingly demonstrates that the White race�s innate proclivity for racism, control, and dominance is much too deeply engrained for them to just merely give up their practices of implementing suppressive methods over its African American population. Clearly, the method of psychological warfare provides the United States Governmental elites with a method for meeting this need but doing so with the added benefit of not appearing racist. It was perfectly suited for the changing times. Unlike the extremely cruel and public racism used in the past, which Blacks were able to easily identify and thus unify to form counter strategies against, racism through psychological warfare is much harder to detect. Armed with this method, the U.S. government could maintain dominance and control with less social fallout because racism is not as easily recognized. This new method exists in the space between overt racism and racial respect.

The present despairing state of Black America is neither a baffling phenomenon, nor the result of some innate racial deficiency among Blacks; but rather instead the result of a more sophisticatedly evolved racist system that is commonly used against Black populations as a means for maintaining white dominance and control. And although this method is less blatant than those earlier racist systems used in the past against Blacks, its affects are detrimentally real. In fact it is by far the most proficient racist system ever deployed against America�s black population-and yet most Black people are totally oblivious it. It is imperative that Black people recognize how racism has sophisticatedly evolved if we are to be apart of the future.

When most people hear the term of psychological manipulation they usually think in terms of the classic "conspiracy theory" that refers to overt mind control such as mind altering drugs with carefully hypnotic programming. However, the real and true dangers are the well proven methods of affecting the unconscious mind by using deception, and manipulation. It is neither magical nor mystical, but a process that involves a set of basic social psychological principles.

This method of psychological manipulation works by affecting the unconscious mind through deception. Here is a simplified example of how this is being implemented against African Americans. Let us, for example, imagine that a crew of people was aboard their own massive ship and that this ship was being followed by another neighboring ship that was constantly broadcasting derogatory messages to the first group. Such messages as that their ship was lesser, smaller, not seaworthy, perhaps slowly sinking or that their crew was incompetent and was planning a mutiny. With time, the group receiving the negative messages, being unable to refute or to confirm these derogatory messages and deficiencies will grow weary and paranoid of the negative messages and will eventually comes to accept these negative assessments of themselves.

The perception created by the taunting unconsciously influences how the taunted group perceives themselves, subsequently causing them to become distrustful of themselves, doubting themselves, hating themselves and, eventually, fighting among themselves. The taunted group may even become so besieged by deep feelings of inadequacy that they may even jump into the sea and attempt to swim towards the taunting ship now believing it to be superior to their own ship even if their own ship was in fact better. The basis of this concept of mind manipulation is that the human being's most critical aspect is the mind and it works by affecting the mind through deception.

Within a real life setting this mortifying psychosocial treatment is precisely what is being deliberately done to African Americans through governmentally controlled media outlets that deliberately subjected them to seeing only the fraudulently worst in themselves. Today false deplorably racial devaluing stories and reports about African Americans are being created by covert agencies within the U.S. government and then leaked to its collaborators in the news media. These false information about African Americans are then disseminated unrelentingly everywhere; it is deliberately perpetuated through news releases in magazine articles, radio, television, press releases, documentaries, and false census reports perpetuating and framing the myth of Whites� racial, moral, and ethical superiority over its Black population. The weapon is not in how the message is carried, but is instead within the messages that it carries and how these messages detrimentally affects the Black population at large.

To the detriment of many African Americans, this applied psychological conditioning has been extremely effective. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to not only accept, but in some cases to prefer the dominance of white institutions over their lives by misleading them to believe that they are, themselves, their own worst enemies. [Blacks own negative personal experiences within their group merely reinforce the program�s perpetuated message that it is they that are their own worst enemies.] These thoughts when injected into the Black psyche engender an aberration of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility.
This psychosocial program is at the root of the profound feelings of internalize self hatred and self contemptuous attitudes presently among so many African Americans and at is the heart of the internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess.

It is deplored with both subtlety and thoroughness in its management of the news that is presented to its Black population. Furthermore, it is not distant and impersonal; it reaches into the homes of every African American, working its will during nearly every waking hour. All African Americans have experienced the burden of this system of applied psychological conditioning, some more severely than others have. It is the power that shapes and molds the mind and perceptions of virtually every Black citizen, young or old, rich or poor, simple or sophisticated, unknown or famous. It is experienced every time a Black person read a newspaper, watches the evening news, and listens to derogatory radio broadcast about themselves. However, most Blacks fail to realize that they are being manipulated and instead falls victims to the misinformation about themselves. Many African Americans literally develop a self contemptuous �anti Black� frame of thought that collectively attributes to Black disunity at a time when we need unity; it distracts us from solving real problems; increases self loathing at a time when we need to come together to face the complicity in our condition. It prevents the African-American community from forging the alliances within it needed to bring about real change.

And while many Black Americans have successfully navigated through the psychology mortifying mine field and have gone on to lead successful, productive lives, for far too many African Americans this immense devaluation can seem inescapable and tragically, over time, many begin to accept subconsciously and painfully the negative portrayals of themselves. Many also become discouraged by the acceptance that their society is also preconditioned to see the worst in them. For some of its Black victims it can be so detrimental to their psyche that it may even cause them to feel that there is something not quite right about their Black humanity

Even the socially conscious Black person who complains about "racially biased news" falls into the trap of thinking that because he is presented with an apparent spectrum of opinion he can escape the thought controllers' influence by believing the editor or commentator of his choice. It's a "heads I win, tails you lose" situation. Every point on the permissible spectrum of public opinion is acceptable to the media masters�and no impermissible fact or viewpoint is allowed any exposure at all, if they can prevent it.

The ultimately goal is psychosocial program is to destroy the Black unity and cohesion that was historically the cornerstone of civil rights movement and that was a crucial factor of the survival of African Americans through more than four hundred years of racial oppression. [Logic dictates that given that immense unity among African Americans --as demonstrated by their brilliant civil rights organizing and strategies-- was responsible for the erosion of White America�s past system of blatant, institutionalized racism, then destroying this unity would be an essential objective of this mass psychosocial program.]

This media deplored mass manipulation program is made possible because the media form for us our image of the world and essentially everything we know�or think we know�about events outside our own neighborhood or circle of acquaintances comes to us via our daily newspaper, our weekly news magazine, our radio, or our television. By employing carefully developed psychological techniques, the mass media guide our thoughts and opinions. The way in which the news is covered: which point of views are emphasized and which are played down; the phrasing of headlines; the choice of words, pictures, and illustrations�all of these things subliminally and yet profoundly affect the way in which we interpret what we see or hear. The media tell us which side of an issue that we should favor, forms our images of various groups of people. Even our images of ourselves are greatly influenced by what media shows us about our own group. Given these factor the media has been used for decades by government elites to manipulate public opinion and to socially engineer society towards governmental objectives.

The U.S. Government has an extensive history of using the media to conduct mass propaganda manipulation programs to influence the perception of its citizens to meet its governmental objectives. Given that the nineteen sixties were a period of massive black rebellion and unrest that eroded the American global image and increasingly placed the nation�s peace and stability in dire jeopardy and perhaps most particularly because the nations top sociologist and psychologist knew that those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. This quite logically necessitated that the U.S. Government employ these same proven methods of mass psychological manipulation against its entire African American population-- Its greatest civil rights organizers, protestors, and fighters of white institutionalized racism as a means of maintaining its white dominance and control.
Not only does this massive governmental psychological manipulation campaign negatively impacts Blacks self perceptions, but it also provides a more socially acceptable way to exploit and suppressed African Americans. Its portrayal of Black America is one that ignores all facts that conflict with the racist conceptions of the white elites and sees the endemic problems of Black America as rooted primarily with Blacks themselves, instead of emanating from white racism. This program revises the past to conveniently make whites appear less inhumane through out America�s brutal racist history; and despite a brutal history to the contrary-- fraudulently depicts whites as being the standard of ethics and morale values while portraying Blacks as being all that�s wrong with America. It also facilitates a national consensual environment of where in which Blacks cries for equality are lesser heard and their mistreatment appears more justified.

There is no greater power in the world today than that wielded by the manipulators of public opinion in America. No king or pope of old, no conquering general or high priest ever disposed of a power even remotely approaching that of the few dozen men who control America�s mass media of news and entertainment. It is they that control black self perceptions, thus affecting Black unity and pride, and that determines the images of how Black Americans are portrayed before the entire world

Our Responsibility

Once we Black people come to recognize this psychosocial treatment of us, it is our inescapable responsibility to do whatever is necessary to break this control. We must shrink from nothing in combating this evil power that has fastened its deadly grip on our people and is injecting its lethal poison into our people's minds and souls. If our race fails to destroy it, it certainly will destroy our race.

Those are the facts of how Black people are being manipulated by media control in America. We must not remain silent on this most important of issues. The white elite�s control of the American mass media is the single most important fact of life, not just in America, but in the whole world today. There is nothing more dangerous to the future of our people.

By permitting the white elites to continue their total control of our news and entertainment media we are doing more than merely giving them a decisive influence on our communities; we also are giving them virtual control of the minds and souls of our children, whose attitudes and ideas are shaped more by white controlled television and films than by parents, schools, or any other influence.

As a so-called white South African, I often want to either weep and/or scream at how the majority of Black people get swept into the media brainwashing, and allow themselves to be hoodwinked far faster than any other local races in our country.

HIV has NEVER even been obtained from any human being ever! Robert Gallo falsified his lab documents in 1984 and then blatantly lied to the world & continues to do so even today. Proof of this was discovered by a UK investigative journalist, Janine Roberts in 2008. How Black people are kept enslaved in the 21st century

Have you ever notice that although Black athletes often dominate America�s sports arena�s (often becoming its greatest athletes) that yet all of the governments health statistics and reports implies, to the contrary, that the bodies of Black people are somehow deficient to that of whites? Moreover, have you also notice that despite a brutal history to the contrary [where of which all other groups has been either their enemies or their victims including slavery, lynchings, holocaust , and unjustified wars] that yet the white race is always portrayed �and therefore now perceived and as being the group of the highest moral, ethical values and character ?
Whether it is in the area of politics, religion, health, education, history, archeology, science, all statistics and all modern forms of media, as long as Black people continue to accept misinformation about themselves totally comprised by white people as being factual they will always remain as slaves even in the 21st century.
Within each of these noted fields fraudulent misinformation and outright lies that implies white superiority over black people are being deliberately propagated while discoveries, evidence and conflicting scientific arguments that are contrary of white supremacy are always deliberately withheld and or suppressed. This is being done to continue to perpetuate the myth of white supremacy. Its propaganda and manipulations practices are being deployed in all sectors - government, media, health and welfare, entertainment, and education, etc- nationally and internationally. .
Today what are often deemed as being credible news sources are often totally made up stories made to push an agenda or meet a governmental objective. Many journalists working for public relations firms are now hired by a U.S. government department to produce fake news reports. The media is manipulated in all manners through professional public relations (PR) firms, and covert and overt government agencies which disseminate propaganda as news. These media reports are used to promote certain political policies, ideologies and governmental objectives. These false reports are being presented as factual news by journalists, and are rebroadcast by news stations without revealing the segment is from a PR firm hired by the government, thus giving it the appearance of genuine news. As a means of meeting its unrelenting objective of maintaining its white racial dominance and control, the U.S. government now secretly disseminates racially devaluing fake news reports and fraudulent misinformation through the national and local media regarding its Black population.
Fake deplorable news reports about African Americans are being deliberately disseminated unrelentingly everywhere through news releases in magazine articles, radio, television, press releases, documentaries, and false census reports perpetuating and framing the myth of Whites� racial, moral, and ethical superiority over its Black population.
Many Black people can attest to the fact that they are being deplorable inaccurately depicted through the white control media. However, most Black people do not recognize the immense relevant and detrimental consequences of such negative portrayals. Its constant relentless bombardment of deplorably negative imageries of African Americans is an insidious yet very sophisticated system of control that is designed to adversely manipulate and shape the minds and collective consciousness of Black America by subjecting them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. These negative portrayals of African Americans are a deliberate modern system of psychological warfare that is deployed and works very much like a massive marketing campaign. It corrupts African Americans� sense of racial unity and cohesion, mold the character of self-hatred, engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and distrust among their group while insinuating that Blacks admire, respect, and trust only Whites. Its drills the message into Black psyche that they are now their own worst enemies [The negative experiences that Blacks have with their fellow blacks merely acts as a confirmation of this program solidifying it within the minds of Black people]-therefore engendering an aberration of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility. It not only conditions blacks to accept white dominance over their lives, but to also prefer it. Its propaganda and manipulations practices is being deployed in all sectors - government, media, health and welfare, entertainment, and education, etc- nationally and internationally.
This is not an attempt to advocate anti white racism, but is instead the indisputable truth affirmed by thousands of years of western history. Through out western history when people in power wanted to conquer a people or maintain their dominance over a people they have done so by manipulating that targeted group of people.. Therefore the perception of the suppressed group is not their own but is instead impressed upon them without their knowing it.

This psychosocial program has successfully convinced many Black people that their problem lies totally with themselves rather than the white elites [despite a brutal history to contrary] and that any thoughts to the contrary would be to merely peddling victim hood in a feeble attempt to absolve themselves from their own responsibilities. This modern system of exercising white racism is the proficient and most detrimental ever faced by Black people.

This unethical yet very sophisticated method of control through the usage of mass psychological manipulation is the crowning achievement of Dr. Edward Bernays, a mass manipulation expert that was hired by several U.S. presidents. Dr. Bernays was also a prestigious founding member of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relation; an organization that specializes in mass manipulation and brain washing. He said in his book Propaganda, that; "The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in a democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country� �...If we understand the mechanism and motives of the group mind, it is now possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without them knowing it.� The current public relations industry is a direct outgrowth of Bernays' work and his is also still currently used by the United States government.
The media�s immense ability to manipulation the masses should never be under estimated nor is it ever overstated. A few news reports about a fake swine flue out break can convince millions of people not to attend work tomorrow and to even pull their children out of schools. In fact mass manipulation through the media is so powerfully effective that it can even convince a loving mother to kill her only own child. The self hateful, negative, perceptions of themselves held by so many Black people today (that is extremely contrary of the immense degree of Black pride, self love, and racial unity remarkably demonstrated during the sixties) are not unique, exceptional nor isolated occurrences devoid of rationale or reason. They are the result of this deliberate media driven psychosocial program.
�The federal government has long aggressively used fake news reports produced by hired public relations agencies. In all, at least 20 federal agencies, including the Defense Department and the Census Bureau, have made and distributed hundreds of television news segments in the past four years. Many were subsequently broadcast on local stations across the country without any acknowledgement of the government�s role in their production.
It is surmised that this modern method of control was implemented in 1968 in the face of widespread violence that ensued after the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King�s brutal assassination led to many demonstrations of unrest and rioting disturbances; that of which were reported in more than 100 cities across the nation. This violence resulted in the loss of lives and property that cost the nation and taxpayers millions of dollars and increasingly placed the peace and stability of the nation in dire jeopardy. America �s brutal racial mistreatment of African Americans had appeared to have reached its boiling point creating much unrest and discord. These factors, combined with the rapidly tarnishing American global image, led the U.S. Government�s agents of White supremacy to quickly reform their techniques of institutionalized racism.
The problem led to the then president, Lyndon B Johnson, ordering that a commission be formed, later known as the Kerner Commission, to investigate and prescribe a cure or recommendations for the problem. The Commission concluded that blatant White racism was the single aggravating factor for the collective problems.
The Kerner report�s findings required that the U.S. Government abandon it�s condoning of open, blatant forms of racism to control and maintain White dominance. This abandoning of dated tactics led to the need for developing an improved method of controlling and suppressing its Black population. Changing times made it necessary for the U.S. government to change its methods to a much more subtle and socially acceptable means of continuing its racial suppression of Blacks and to maintain its White dominance. Clearly, the sophisticated method of psychological warfare met such a need. It was the logical choice, perfect for the changing times. Unlike the blatantly brutal forms of racism used in the past, which Blacks were able to identify easily and therefore unify and form counter strategies, this modern method of racism works from a psychological perspective. This provided the U.S. government a more socially acceptable method of continuing the White racial hierarchy for dominance and control given that it is not as easily recognized. This new method exists in the space between overt racism and racial respect. Its methods include the ability to both influence the national climate and engender personal psychological feelings among Americans that meet the U.S government objective.

The basis of this concept of mind manipulation is that the human being's most critical aspect is the mind and it works by affecting the unconscious mind through deception. Its weapon is the message that it carries and the way that it adversely affects the targeted recipient group in terms of their behavior. Here is a simplified example of how this is being implemented against African Americans. Let us, for example, imagine that a crew of people was aboard their own massive ship and that this ship was being shadowed by another neighboring ship that was constantly broadcasting derogatory messages to the first group. Such messages as that their ship was lesser, smaller, not seaworthy, perhaps slowly sinking or that their crew was incompetent and was planning a mutiny. With time, the group receiving the negative messages, being unable to refute or to confirm these derogatory messages and deficiencies will grow weary and paranoid of the negative messages and will eventually comes to accept these negative assessments of themselves. The perception created by the taunting now unconsciously influences how the taunted group perceives themselves, subsequently causing them to become distrustful of themselves, doubting themselves, hating themselves and, eventually, fighting among themselves. The taunted group may even become so besieged by deep feelings of inadequacy that they may even jump into the sea and attempt to swim towards the taunting ship now believing it to be superior to their own boat even if their own ship was in fact better.

Within a real life setting this mortifying psychological manipulation is precisely what is being done to African Americans through an immense campaign of false derogatory misinformation and false negative media reports, fake news, and statistics that are created by U.S. governmental agencies and then leaked to its collaborators in the news media, which either knowingly or unknowingly carry the stories as their own. To the detriment of Blacks, this system of applied psychological conditioning has been an extremely effective. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to accept the dominance of Whites and white institutions over their lives.
Moreover, all African Americans have experienced the burden of this psychological warfare, some more severely than others have. It is experienced every time we [Blacks] read a newspaper, watch the evening news, enter a classroom, and read its racially biased textbooks. And while many Black Americans have successfully navigated through the psychology mortifying mine field and have gone on to lead successful, productive lives, but for far too many African Americans this immense devaluation can seem inescapable and tragically, over time, many begin to accept subconsciously and painfully the negative portrayals of themselves. Many also become discouraged by the acceptance that their society is also preconditioned to see the worst in them and that, therefore, if they were ever to gain acceptance, if it is to be won at all, that success would be hard won and likely to manifest negative internalized psychological pain and distress within many African Americans that can take many forms.. In fact, this governmental mortifying psychological warfare against African Americans may be the most aggravating, if not core, factor of the national phenomenon of self hatred; loss of educational aspirations; loss of unity, cohesion and racial pride; and fragile psyches of many African Americans today. Moreover, this type of psychological manipulation program has been proven very effective in rapidly destroying a group�s ethical and moral values and cultural norms with regard to violence, brutality, and even murder. All people are products of cultural conditions and their worldviews operate outside of their level of consciousness. Therefore, no group can be preconditioned to see only the worst in themselves and not exhibit some degree of negative psychological impact. This mass manipulation program is In fact, so proficient at damaging the Black self-perception that tragically it has become easier for many Blacks to accept derogatory premises of themselves rather than recognizing this program.

As long as the power to define and manipulate Black people through these noted forums remains in the control of the white elites they will always give black people those fraudulent misinformation that implies their white superiority. As long as it is whites that are controlling the societal scoreboard they will always give themselves the winning scores while giving Black people the losing scores.
This mass psychological conditioning program also significantly influences society as a whole. Its ultimate goal is to foster a consensual national setting of where in which Blacks are more easily divided, exploited and ultimately suppressed. The media�s constant negative imagery of Black Americans is not only fraudulently inaccurate but is actually being done to engender a shift of victimization that changes the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black�s behavior rather than White�s proclivity for racism. Therefore engendering increasingly prejudiced distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today and attempts discourage miscegenation between Blacks and whites.
It also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans. Wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has become that it�s all now justified.
When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the most fiercest and effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated disproportionately incarcerated under the belief that it is justified.] It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Its effects are manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. This campaign successfully stripped African Americans of the national and international support that was acquired during the 1960's civil rights struggles. This anti Black governmental campaign of psychological warfare also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. Moreover, some studies have shown that this shift of victimization now reflects increasingly acrimonious beliefs and prejudiced perceptions about and against African Americans that are arguably stronger today than they were after emancipation.

The objective of the United States government has always been to maintain its White dominance over its Black population, and clearly, psychological warfare meets this need�because it covertly creates a national climate that allows the government to suppress consensually the advancement of its African American population and to maintain its White dominance.

Imagine that a stranger broke into your home, robbing it, leaving it in ruins and then kidnapped your children to work as servants within his home. This stranger, fearing an eventual retribution from these kidnapped children will find it necessary to implement systems for ensuring that these children remain loyal. The stranger may do so by routinely showing the children pictures of their ruined former home while falsely retelling the details of the event that he merely rescued them from the ruins and that their parents didn�t want them. This would cause the children to develop an undeserving sense loyalty and appreciation towards their kidnapper. The kidnapper may also find it necessary to implement a scheme to divide the children, to prevent them from unifying against him, by teaching them not to trust each other while simultaneously teaching them to treat only him. Such a system with an objective of controlling the exploited group has been implemented against Black people.
The above scenario is precisely what is being done to Black people. The common feelings of Black self hatred accompanied by an undeserving admiration towards whiteness among so many Black people is not merely indirect consequences of white cultural dominance upon the Black psyche, but rather instead the direct result of an insidious massive manipulation program. A sophisticated racial integration system that uses methods of propaganda and public manipulations practices, deployed very much like a massive marketing campaign. It divides to conquer and misinformed to exploit and suppress. Its propaganda and manipulations practices are being deployed in all sectors - government, media, health and welfare, entertainment, and education, etc- nationally and internationally.

Many researchers have concluded that this insidious compulsory racial integration propaganda manipulations program was originally orchestrated by London 's Tavistock Institute of Human relations. Although it had existed for decades earlier, the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was formally established as an independent not-for-profit charity organization in September 1947.Headquartered in London , the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations is a leading organization in the use of new and experimental behavioral science programs. It is an independent organization that conducts research in the social and behavioral sciences, applied in the field of health, education and community development. Its research orientation places it between, but not in, the worlds of academia and consultancy; and its range of disciplines include anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology.
The Institute�s prophet was Dr. Sigmund Freud, whom settled in Maresfield Gardens when he moved to England . Tavistock's pioneer work in science along Freudian lines of "controlling" humans established it as the world center of foundation ideology.
One of its prestige�s contributing members was Freud�s nephew and propaganda specialist Dr. Edward Bernays. He was one of the most skillful experts in mass manipulation. Dr. Edward Bernay�s invented the public relations profession in the 1920s and was the first person to take Freud's ideas to manipulate the masses.

A commander of the British Army Bureau of Psychological Warfare that conducted research studying the effect of shellshock on British soldiers who survived World War I to establish the "breaking point" of men under stress.( side note: Henry Kissinger, was student of Sir John Rawlings-Reese at SHAEF)
A wide and indebt body of research by a collection of many renowned researchers has enabled the Tavistock Institute to develop pioneering breakthroughs in the field of mass manipulation and brain-washing techniques. Its experiments in crowd control methods have been widely used on the American public, a surreptitious but nevertheless outrageous assault on human freedom by modifying individual behavior through topical psychology. A German refugee, Kurt Lewin, became director of Tavistock in 1932. The media�s constant negative imagery of Black Americans is also being done to engender a shift of victimization that changes the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black�s behavior rather than White�s proclivity for racism. Therefore insinuates that America would be a better society as a whole if African Americans were gone, thus engendering increasingly prejudiced distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that are designed to makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today and attempts discourage miscegenation between Blacks and whites. It also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans. Wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has become that it�s all now justified.
When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the most fiercest and effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated disproportionately incarcerated under the belief that it is justified.] It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Its effects are manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. This campaign successfully stripped African Americans of the national and international support that was acquired during the 1960's civil rights struggles. This anti Black governmental campaign of psychological warfare also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. The objective of the United States government has always been to maintain its White dominance over its Black population, and clearly, psychological warfare meets this need�because it covertly creates a national climate that allows the government to suppress consensually the advancement of its African American population and to maintain its White dominance and national stability.
Many Black people, in defending their white Governments, will adamantly present the question of why would their government find it a necessity to implement such a racist scheme? Within America these declarations are made among Blacks because the image that has been firmly established upon the consciousness of Black America, in regards to the U.S. Government, are those of the U.S. government sending troops to Little Rock, Arkansas to safely escort Black students to attend schools, or that of the Northern Union soldiers fighting and dying against the Confederate army to free the slaves, and of the many social programs that the federal Government has implemented towards the benefit of African Americans. However, while these undertakings by the U.S. government individually and collectively deserve our appreciation, they do not accurately provide the full picture revealing the true or entire relationship shared between the U.S. Government and its Black population. These favorable stories and events are the result of the same compulsory racial integration programs that reflects only what the U.S. Government wants its African Americans population to remember and are not historically accurate at reflecting or determining the true past relationship or the underlying present existing relationship between African Americans and the U.S. Government.
From slavery to the present, African Americans have undeniably borne an unprecedented amount of suffering and mistreatment by the U.S. government because of their race. However, so many have forgotten or repressed so much of these maltreatments and have, instead, come to accept the favorable-but-false perpetuated White persona that represents everything that White people never were -- and still are not -- in place of the truth, thus engendering a sort of psychologically induced coma concerning their own Black holocaust. Because most African Americans are denied an educational system and media reports that gives them accurate information, both historically and at present, reflecting the U.S. Governments relationship with African American, therefore most are totally oblivious of the true fundamental core character of this existing relationship.

Once we Black people have absorbed and understood the fact of the white controlled media, it is our inescapable responsibility to do whatever is necessary to break that control. We must shrink from nothing in combating this evil power that has fastened its deadly grip on our people and is injecting its lethal poison into our people's minds and souls. If our race fails to destroy it, it certainly will destroy our race.

THERE IS NO GREATER POWER in the world today than that wielded by the manipulators of public opinion in America . No king or pope of old, no conquering general or high priest ever disposed of a power even remotely approaching that of the few dozen men who control America 's mass media of news and entertainment.

Their power is not distant and impersonal; it reaches into every home in America , and it works its will during nearly every waking hour. It is the power that shapes and molds the mind of virtually every citizen, young or old, rich or poor, simple or sophisticated.

It is not just the suppression of certain news stories from our newspapers or the blatant propagandizing of distorting TV documentaries that characterizes the opinion-manipulating techniques of the media masters. They exercise both subtlety and thoroughness in their management of the news and the entertainment that they present to us. The mass media form for us our image of the world and essentially everything we know�or think we know�about events outside our own neighborhood or circle of acquaintances comes to us via our daily newspaper, our weekly news magazine, our radio, or our television.

The control of the opinion-molding media is nearly monolithic. All of the controlled media speak with a single voice, each reinforcing the other. Despite the appearance of variety, there is no real dissent, no alternative source of facts or ideas accessible to the great mass of people that might allow them to form opinions at odds with those of the media masters. It is a view of the world designed by the media masters to suit their own ends�and the pressure to conform to that view is overwhelming. People adapt their opinions to it, vote in accord with it, and shape their lives to fit it.
By employing carefully developed psychological techniques, the mass media guide our thoughts and opinions. The way in which the news is covered: which point of views are emphasized and which are played down; the phrasing of headlines; the choice of words, pictures, and illustrations�all of these things subliminally and yet profoundly affect the way in which we interpret what we see or hear. The media forms our image of various groups of people and even tell us which side of an issue that we should favor.

As an example, consider the media treatment of Middle East news. Some editors or commentators are extremely pro-Israel in their every utterance, while others seem barely neutral. Nor does anyone dare suggest that it served Jewish interests to send U.S. forces to cripple Iraq , Israel 's principal rival in the Middle East . Thus, a spectrum of permissible opinion, from pro-Israel to nearly neutral, is established.
The media is also used to target and damagingly affect the self perceptions of various groups and tell others exactly what their attitudes should be toward that group. This method of media manipulation is now being deployed against black people as a means of maintaining white dominance and control.

The totally white controlled media have taken the lead in persuading a whole generation that Black people are the most physically abusive, the most users of drugs, the laziest, the worst parents, the worst children, the lesser intelligent, and have contributed nothing at all to the benefit of society. These assessments of Black people are totally unequivocally fraudulent.

The national media�s distorted portrayal of Black America that amplifies the negative to the point that it distorts reality is more than just biased media reports. They function as media manipulation psychosocial programs.

They ensure that Blacks continue to accept white dominance and control over their lives by deliberately inundated the minds of Black people with fraudulent deplorable misinformation about themselves through the media.

This media psychosocial program perpetuates a depictions of Black people that expresses a profoundly distorted view that elevates what is wrong with Black America above all that we know is right with Black America. Its portrayal of Black America is one that ignores all facts that conflict with the racist conceptions of the white elites and sees the endemic problems of Black America as rooted primarily with Blacks themselves, instead of emanating from white racism. This media psychosocial program revises the past to conveniently make whites appear less inhumane through out America�s brutal racist history; and despite a brutal history to the contrary-- fraudulently depicts whites as being the standard of ethics and morale values while portraying Blacks as being all that�s wrong with America. This psycho social campaign also facilitates a national consensual environment of where in which Blacks cries for equality are lesser heard and their mistreatment appears more justified.

This media psychosocial treatment divides and manipulates Black people into accepting white dominance and white institutions over their lives by convincing Blacks that they are their own worst enemies while implying that they trust only whites-- despite a brutal history to the contrary. Blacks own negative interactions and experiences with fellow Blacks merely then act as confirmations to what is being implied.

And although this media psychosocial program is less blatant than those earlier racist systems used in the past against Blacks, its affects are very real and detrimentally. In fact this method is by far the most proficient system ever deployed against America �s black population.

Molding Black Minds

For the average Black person, like most Americans of whose daily life TV-watching takes such an unhealthy portion, distinguishing between these fictional reports and reality can be very difficulty, if done at all. Many responds to the televised reports and attitudes of TV anchors much as they do to their own peers in real life. For all too many African Americans the real world has been replaced by the false reality of the TV environment, and it is to this false reality that their views of themselves and their community negatively conformed. It also conforms many African Americans youths to ridiculous caricatures. Because some of what it shows to us -through the entertainment media- is made to look cool. It also causes many Blacks to function as amnesiacs � forgetting the history of white barbarity while simultaneously developing profound admiration for whiteness. The insidious thing about this form of thought control is that even when we realize that the news is biased, the media masters still are able to manipulate most of us. This is because they not only slant what they present, but also they establish tacit boundaries and ground rules for the permissible spectrum of opinion.

While there are differences in degree, however, most Blacks fail to realize that they are being manipulated and instead falls victims to the misinformation about themselves. Many African Americans literally develop a self contemptuous �anti Black� frame of thought that collectively attributes to Black disunity at a time when we need unity; it distracts us from solving real problems; increases self loathing at a time when we need to come together to face the complicity in our condition. It prevents the African-American community from forging the alliances within it needed to bring about real change.
Even the socially conscious Black person who complains about "racially biased news" falls into the trap of thinking that because he is presented with an apparent spectrum of opinion he can escape the thought controllers' influence by believing the editor or commentator of his choice. It's a "heads I win, tails you lose" situation. Every point on the permissible spectrum of public opinion is acceptable to the media masters�and no impermissible fact or viewpoint is allowed any exposure at all, if they can prevent it.

Our Responsibility
Those are the facts of media control in America and we must not remain silent on this most important of issues. The white elite�s control of the American mass media is the single most important fact of life, not just in America , but in the whole world today. There is nothing more dangerous to the future of our people.

By permitting the white elites to continue their total control of our news and entertainment media we are doing more than merely giving them a decisive influence on our communities; we also are giving them virtual control of the minds and souls of our children, whose attitudes and ideas are shaped more by white controlled television and films than by parents, schools, or any other influence.

We Black people must continue the long march of our parents. A march for a more just, and equal society. However we cannot solve the challenges of our time while being divided and self hating.We must oppose the further spreading of this poison among our people, and we must break the power of those who are spreading it. It would be intolerable for such power to be in the hands of the greedy capitalist white elites with values and interests different from our own. Indeed, the fact that so many African Americans today are so filled with a sense of racial self-hatred is a deliberate consequence of the white controlled media.

This media driven psychosocial treatment of Black people will continue to be used by the white elitesregardless of whom is sitting in the white house.

The prospect for a better tomorrow will remain grim for African American �as with Blacks through out the world--as long as it is whites that are telling Black people who and what we are.

Don't tell Black people this secret

This disclosure is not an attempt to derail the national feelings of immense pride, hopefulness, nor sense of accomplishment brought on by the historical 2008 election of America�s first African American President. It is, however, a disclosure that is extremely imperative if African Americans are to ever obtain true equality within the American society.

The many problems now facing Black America will not be corrected by implementing outdated strategies of foot marches, speeches, or the commemoration of fallen Black martyrs. We can no longer address today�s modern systems of racism using nineteen century strategies. In order for African Americans to acquire real change within the American society, it is imperative that we understand how racism has sophisticatedly evolved in America. This understanding is, in fact, extremely imperative if Black people are to survive as a race and be a part of the future.

The present despairing state of Black America is neither a baffling phenomenon, nor the result of some innate racial deficiency among Blacks, but is rather, in fact, a deliberate design and outcome of a very sophisticated, more detrimental and proficient system of racism that has been secretly implemented against African Americans--as a means of maintaining America's white dominance and control.

Although the United States government portrays itself as the leading ethical and moral authority of the world and professes equal rights for all American citizens, its oldest and most important objective has always been an unyielding commitment towards the preservation of its White dominance and control. Therefore, if the U.S. government treated its Black population in a manner which did not promote maintaining its White dominance and control, it would be diametrically opposed to itself. This hidden scenario has always necessitated the U.S. government to secretly use every conceivable means and opportunity to domestically defend its position of White dominance even if it means engaging in suppressive methods that contradict its own stated moral and ethical values. ( i.e. Government funded eugenics program targeting Black birth rate, Tuskegee syphilis experiment, CIA�s drug involvement that flooded Black communities. etc.)
Because the 1960's were a period of massive Black rebellion and unrest, especially in 1968 after the brutal assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., that eroded the American global image, increasingly placed the nation�s peace and stability in dire jeopardy, and caused the U.S. government to fear the uprising of a violent Black revolution. These collective problems resulted in President Lyndon B. Johnson ordering the formation of the Kerner Commission. Its mission was to investigate and prescribe a cure or recommendation for the problem. The Commission concluded that blatant White racism was the single aggravating factor for the collective problems. The Kerner report�s findings led the U.S. government agents of White supremacy to reform their techniques use for maintaining its white dominance. It required that the U.S. government abandon its blatant forms of institutionalized racism and create a more sophisticated system of maintaining white dominance and control in the United States.

As a means of maintaining its White dominance and control the U.S. government secretly implemented its largest ever covert operation against its Black population. The constant relentless bombardment with deplorably negative images of themselves that of which African Americans are so inundated with, through a White controlled media, is a very carefully and deliberately designed massive social engineering psychological conditioning program that provides a stealthier and more socially acceptable means of maintaining white dominance.

When most people hear the term of psychological manipulation, they usually think in terms of the classic "conspiracy theory" that refers to overt mind control such as mind altering drugs with carefully hypnotic programming. However, the real and true dangers are the well proven methods of affecting the unconscious mind by using deception, and psychological manipulation. It is neither magical nor mystical, but a process that involves a set of basic social psychological principles.

The constant relentless bombardment with deplorably negative images of themselves that of which African Americans are so inundated with is a very carefully and deliberately designed mass media social manipulation program that subjects African Americans--through a White controlled media --to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche drills the message that Blacks are powerless, of lesser moral, and intelligence and that they need Whites to govern over their lives. It totally detaches African Americans from their sense of power and reality. Moreover, it corrupts African Americans� sense of racial unity and cohesion, mold the character of self-hatred, engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and distrust among their group while insinuating that Blacks admire, respect, and trust only Whites.

The motto of this psychosocial program is to divide and conquer and it works by affecting the unconscious mind through deception. It uses the psychology of deceit to adversely affect the recipient group in terms of their behavior. Here is a simplified example of how this is being implemented against African Americans. Let us, for example, imagine that a crew of people was aboard their own massive ship and that this ship was being shadowed by another neighboring ship that was constantly broadcasting derogatory messages to the first group. Such messages as that their ship was lesser, smaller, not seaworthy, perhaps slowly sinking or that their crew was incompetent and was planning a mutiny. With time, the group receiving the negative messages, being unable to refute or to confirm these derogatory messages and deficiencies will grow weary and paranoid of the negative messages and will eventually comes to accept these negative assessments of themselves. The perception created by the taunting now unconsciously influences how the taunted group perceives themselves, subsequently causing them to become distrustful of themselves, doubting themselves, hating themselves and, eventually, fighting among themselves. The taunted group may even become so besieged by deep feelings of inadequacy that they may even jump into the sea and attempt to swim towards the taunting ship now believing it to be superior to their own ship even if their own ship was, in fact, better.

The basis of this concept of mind manipulation is that the human being's most critical aspect is the mind and it works by affecting the mind through deception. It uses the psychology of deceit to adversely affect the recipient group in terms of their behavior. It is implemented by, first, simply learning everything about the targeted group, their beliefs, likes, dislikes, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Once you know what motivates your target, you are ready to begin psychological operations against them.

Within a real life setting this mortifying psychosocial treatment is precisely what is being deliberately done to African Americans. Where of which they are constantly bombarded and inundated by deplorably negative imageries of themselves through an immense campaign of false racially devaluing media reports and statistics that are created by U.S. governmental agencies and then leaked to its collaborators in the news media, which either knowingly or unknowingly carry the stories as their own. These false information about African Americans are then disseminated unrelentingly everywhere; it is deliberately perpetuated through news releases in magazine articles, radio, television, press releases, documentaries, and false census reports. However, the weapon is not in how the message is carried, but is instead within the messages that it carries and how these messages perpetuate and frame the myth of Whites� racial, moral, and ethical superiority over its Black population. This falsehood detrimentally affects the Black population at large.

The ultimate goal of this governmental psychosocial treatment of African Americans is to destroy the Black unity and cohesion that was historically the cornerstone of civil rights gains and that was a crucial factor of the survival of African Americans through more than four hundred years of White racial oppression. The overrepresentation of Black crimes and grossly exaggerated statistics of Black on Black violence within this psychosocial program are intentionally designed to create fear, hatred, and distrust thus molding the character of disunity and self-hatred among the Black community. (Black�s own personal negative experiences and interactions with their fellow Blacks merely then confirm the program�s perpetuated message that it is they that are their own worst enemies). Logic dictates that given that unity and cohesion among African Americans was responsible for the demise of White America�s past system of blatant, institutionalized racism, then destroying this unity would be an essential objective of this psychological manipulation program.

All African Americans have experienced the burden of this system of applied psychological conditioning, some more severely than others have. It is experienced every time we (Blacks) read a newspaper, watch the evening news, listen to a radio report, enter a classroom and read its racially biased textbooks. To the detriment of many African Americans, it has been an extremely effective. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to accept the dominance of Whites and white institutions over their lives by misleading them to believe that they are, themselves, their own worst enemies, therefore engendering an aberration of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility. It is at the root of both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is at the heart of internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess. It attempts also to discourage miscegenation between Blacks and whites. Not only does this massive governmental psychological manipulation campaign negatively impacts Blacks self perceptions, but it also conveniently provides a more socially acceptable and covert means of ensures that the masses of African Americans remains the most racially devalued and most economical exploited and suppressed group in America.

And while many African Americans have successfully navigated through this psychologically mortifying mine field and have gone on to lead successful, productive lives, for far too many this immense devaluation can seem inescapable and tragically, over time, many begin to accept subconsciously and painfully the negative portrayals of themselves. Many also become discouraged by the acceptance that their society is also preconditioned to see the worst in them and that, therefore, if they were ever to gain acceptance, if it is to be won at all, that success would be hard won. This in turn manifests negative internalized psychological pain and distress within many African Americans that can take many forms. In fact, this governmental mortifying psychosocial treatment of African Americans may be the most aggravating, if not core, factor of the national phenomenon of self hatred; loss of educational aspirations; loss of unity, cohesion and racial pride; and fragile psyches of many African Americans today. It is in fact so fundamentally detrimental to the Black human condition and psyche that it may even affect the extent to which many African Americans realize their full human potential.

Unlike the blatantly overt system of racism used in the past that resulted in African Americans unifying themselves against it, this modern system of racism is not easily recognized or comprehended by its Black victims. It is so well disguised that although many of its Black victims may instinctively feel that there is something wrong, they are however unable to sufficiently conceptualize it so that they can unify and defend themselves against it. It is so sophisticated that even the very brightest of African Americans may have little, if any hope of extricating themselves from its detrimental effects.
The psychological manipulation of African Americans has been so successfully accomplished that it is very difficult to reverse. You see, part of the conditioning is almost like Stockholm syndrome. The victimized group begins to love their enemy and to feel that the enemy is justified in its mistreatment of them. The victim begins to feel that they deserve the mistreatment, and they will actually oppose anyone who suggests what is being disclosed here.
This type of psychological manipulation program has also been proven very effective in rapidly destroying a group�s ethical and moral values and engendering negative cultural norms with regard to violence, brutality, and even murder. All people, to some degree, are products of cultural conditions and their worldviews operate outside of their level of consciousness. Therefore, no group can be preconditioned to see only the worst in themselves and not exhibit some degree of negative psychological impact.
The program is also designed to create a shift of victimization that changes the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black�s behavior rather than White�s proclivity for racism. Therefore engendering increasingly prejudiced distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf, and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today. Therefore fostering a national setting of where in which Blacks are more easily exploited and ultimately consensually suppressed. It also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has subconsciously become that it�s all now justified. When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the fiercest and most effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated under the belief that it is justified.

The effects of this social program are also manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. This modern system of deploying white racism has been very proficient.

Although this disclosure may sound ridiculous for some, it is however consistent with history. Through out western history cultures that create and maintain empires have done so by manipulating the people that they are trying to conquer. They go out of their way to make sure that the people that they�re attempting to conquer is perpetually misled and manipulated. Therefore the conquered group�s perception of reality is not their own. It is shrewdly imposed upon them without them even knowing it.
When the people in power wants to suppress or to exploit a group they do so by portraying that group as a fearsome enemy or a major problem of the society through lies and manufactured news items. These negative imagery�s are used to socially engineer a national consent that justifies mistreating the group.

This same type propaganda technique was used by Adolph Hitler to facilitate a national consensual setting that allowed his heinous mistreatment of the Jews. Hitler's propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels portrayed them as a fearsome enemy of German society through lies and manufactured news items. These negative imageries were used to justify their annihilation.
It was logical that the U.S. Government would used its same proven methods of mass psychological manipulation program against its Black population. Clearly, the sophisticated method of mass media psychological manipulation met such a need. It was perfectly suited for the changing times. Unlike the extremely cruel and public racism used in the past, which Blacks were able to easily identify and thus unify to form counter strategies against, racism through psychological warfare is much harder to detect. This governmental mass psychological manipulation of African Americans continues today and can be traced to many of the maladies now affecting Black America.
As long as whites are controlling the societal scoreboard they will always place Blacks on the losing team, by giving us fraudulent data that implies white superiority.

When the world�s most diabolical people are in charge of the world�s most awesome propaganda producing machine who knows what �bull shit�will be peddled as the truth.�

This disclosure is not an attempt to stifle the wide spread positive feelings of immense accomplishments and pride now being experienced among so many African Americans in light of the historic election of President Barack Obama.
I too am very proud of the election of America �s first African American president. And I believed it was my duty to so as I stood in a voting line for more than three hours to vote for him.

But in having said this it is important that African Americans realize that now is not the time to become complacent believing that we as a people have overcame. Many Blacks are taking the position that now there can be no excuses for Black failure. Such an assertion, being declared by so many Blacks, unequivocally indicates that many blacks have bought into illusion that white racism today is no longer significant, and that if it still exists at all it does so now, for the most part, only within the minds of their fellow lazy Blacks.

Clearly the election of an African American president is quite a significant accomplishment and it demonstrates immense societal shifts in attitudes that we can all be proud of, however to truly bring about real and positive changes to the Black world it is also necessary for the Blacks masses to become cognizant of the fact that white racism is still not only very real, but in fact far more detrimental and proficient than ever before�only now it is more sophisticatedly covertly deployed.

Because the blatant system of institutionalized racism used in the past became no longer morally or socially acceptable, today to continue their mistreatment and exploitive practices against people of color, white governmental elites now use misinformation and fraudulent imageries to conceal their unethical actions. It�s imperative that Black people become aware of this system.

The evil of racism prevails best when its victim no longer recognizes it. Blacks today must become better informed of how western governments� (including the U.S. government) uses false imageries to conceal their modern unethical �and often racist scheme. Such an example could be seen where of which a western government, while behind the scenes working against the interest of Africa-thus stealing its natural resources, but showing only in the media the imageries of it giving aid to Africa.

White elites implement these misleading covert operations not only against Africa , but also domestically against its very own Black population. For almost half a century, as means of maintaining its white dominance and control, the U.S. Government has secretly deliberately disseminates false deplorably racially devaluing statistics and propaganda about its Black population.

How have unity, racial pride, and educational aspiration, once hallmarks of Black identity so dramatically declined? How did we African Americans become living contradictions of our former selves? Do we continue to accept the easy and convenient answer that these admirable cultural traits all merely disintegrated when integration and other subsequent opportunities became available? Furthermore how did the white race become the litmus test and standard for all humanity despite their brutally racist history to the contrary of where of which all other races has been either their enemies or their victims?
Do we continue to close our eyes or do we now open them now recognizing the truth about what is really happening.

Through out western history there has been a consistent practice or where in which when ever those in power wanted to suppress or to destroy a group within their populous they've done so by portraying that group as a fearsome enemy or a major problem of the society through lies and manufactured news items. Difficult as it may be for many to accept ,however this dispicable trend continues today in America. Although the United States Government portrays itself as the leading ethical and moral authority of the world and professes equal rights for all American citizens, its oldest and most important objective has always been an unyielding commitment towards the preservation of its White dominance and control. Therefore, if the U.S. government treated its Black population in a manner which did not promote maintaining its White dominance and control, it would be diametrically opposed to itself. This hidden scenario has always necessitated the U.S. Government to secretly use every conceivable means and opportunity to suppress the advancement and growth of its Black population; even those suppressive methods that contradict its own stated moral and ethical values.
While this may sound very preposterous for some, it is however not uncommon. For since the beginning of recorded history, ruling governmental bodies of nearly every nation have involved themselves in implementing methods designed to maintain and defend their positions of established power against its minority group. The U.S. government is in no way an exception to this rule, but rather to the contrary, it is a leader of implementing suppressive methods to defend its positions of established power against its minority group. In fact from the time that Africans were first enslaved and brought to America its government has always implemented methods designed to ensure that its White dominance be maintained.
During slavery, Blacks were not allowed to be educated, speak among themselves in their native languages, or to congregate in large groups except during their religious services which their masters often oversaw. Even after the abolishment of slavery, Jim Crow inequities continued White dominance through denying Blacks the right to vote and the brutal lynching of thousands of African Americans. After these blatant methods used to ensure the continuance of its White dominance had become morally unacceptable, the United States government secretly create and applied a more subtle, sophisticated, and socially acceptable method for ensuring the continuence of its white dominance and control.
Although today most African Americans do not experience racism the way their parents experienced it, they do, however, still experience White racism. White America's practices of economically exploiting and suppressing its Black population were never actually abandoned, but instead sophisticatedly reincarnated. White America's methods of institutional racism has been secretly modified into a more contemporary and stealthy design that provides a more socially acceptable means to covertly control and suppress the advancement of its African American population.
Although the formal covert Counterintelligence Program [COINTELPRO] deployed by the FBI directed against African Americans during the period of 1956-1971 was discontinued. However, in truth today there is a far more sophisticated and massive governmental scheme being implemented against the entire African American population. The U.S. government secretly implemented its largest ever covert operation against its Black population through a sophisticated media deployed psychosocial program of where in which African Americans are perpetually misled and manipulated by way of fraudulent negative media reports and false statistics that are designed to corrupt their sense of unity and lesson pressure for social change in their behalf thus facilitating a national consensual setting for their easier exploitation and suppression.

The psychological manipulation of African Americans has been so successfully accomplished that it is almost impossible to reverse. You see, part of the conditioning is almost like Stockholm syndrome. The victimized group begins to love their enemy and to feel that the enemy is justified in its oppression, etc. The victim begins to feel that they deserve the mistreatment. In fact no group can be preconditioned to see only the worst in themselves and not exhibit some degree of negative psychological impact.

The media�s constantly depicted deplorable imagery of Black Americans is also designed to engender increasingly prejudiced distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf, and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today. Therefore fostering a national setting of where in which Blacks are more easily exploited and ultimately consensually suppressed. It also creates a false justification for the legal system�s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has subconsciously become that it�s all now justified. When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the fiercest and most effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated under the belief that it is justified. This is what Dr. Edward Bernays referred to as �engineering consent�.
The effects of this social program are also manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Through the usage of mass psychological manipulation White America�s methods of institutionalized racism has been secretly modified into a more sophisticated and stealthy design. Unfortunately to the detriment of many African Americans this modern system of deploying white racism has been very proficient. Some studies have shown that this social program has engendered increasingly acrimonious beliefs and prejudiced perceptions about and against African Americans that are arguably stronger today than they were after emancipation.
It was this governmental psychological conditioning program that ended the Black revolutionary movement of the nineteen sixties and that stripped African Americans of the national and international support that was acquired during that era�s civil rights struggles.

IT�S TIME TO WAKE UP

People who try to maintain and create empires do it by manipulating the people that they are trying to conquer. They go out of their way to make sure that the people that they�re attempting to conquer is perpetually misled and manipulated. Therefore the conquered group�s perception of reality is not their own. It is shrewdly imposed upon them without them even knowing it.

It is time that more African Americans wake up to these realities.

�The way in which you destroy a group is by getting them to destroy themselves by dividing their ranks against each another. And then you feed these divided ranks inflaming misinformation that leads them to kill each other off.�

Certainly you have asked yourself why is that African Americans are so is inundated with negative imagery's of themselves. It is so unrelenting that it leads many to embarrassingly ask themselves the questions of damn are we Blacks really that bad?

It is actually a mass media social manipulation program of where in which African Americans are being covertly psychologically conditioned-through a white controlled media that subjects them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. Its motto is Divide and conquer. It drills the message into the black psyche that we are powerless, of lesser moral, and intelligence and that we cannot govern ourselves �therefore needs whites to govern over our lives. It is designed to totally detached African Americans from their sense of power and reality. Furthermore, it is all a massive lie. We are a powerful beautiful and extraordinary people.

When people in power wants to suppress or to exploit a group they do so by portraying that group as a fearsome enemy or a major problem of the society through lies and manufactured news items. These negative imagery's are used to socially engineer a national consent that justifies attacking the group.

This same propaganda technique was used by Adolph Hitler to foster a nation consensual setting that allowed his heinous mistreatment of the Jews. Hitler's propaganda chief, Joseph Goebbels portrayed them as a fearsome enemy of German society through lies and manufactured news items. These negative imagery's were used to justify their annihilation.

In the case of African Americans, they are being portrayed as the face of degradation in the American society as to socially engineer consent for their mistreatment and facilitate their exploitation through the private prison industry-- that earns immense profits through the disproportionately high higher incarcerations and longer sentencing of African Americans. These private prisons now even hold stocks on Wall Street and their Board of Directors lobby for changes in the law that would increase their profits. The enhances sentencing drug laws and three strike felon laws are the results of these efforts. Moreover, it also stimulates the American economy by creating more jobs within the prison industry.

The U.S. Government has an extensive history of conducting planned campaigns of extensive strategic psychological operations [based upon the works of Bernays] through the national media to influence and direct the perception and climate of the nation towards its governmental objectives. Given that the nineteen sixties were a period of massive black rebellion and unrest that eroded the American global image and increasingly placed the nation�s peace and stability in dire jeopardy and perhaps most particularly because the nations top sociologist and psychologist knew that those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. This quite logically necessitated that the U.S. Government employ these same pr oven methods of mass psychological manipulation against its entire African American population.
The U.S. Government now secretly deliberately disseminates false deplorably racially devaluing statistics and propaganda about its Black population that are deliberately designed to adversely manipulate and shape the minds and collective consciousness of its African American population-- corrupting African Americans sense of unity, cohesion, and reason-- and fostering a consensual national environment of where in which its Black population is more easily divided, exploited and ultimately suppressed. Given the white race�s unrivaled history and proclivity, for brutal racism, and greed of power, what else should have been expected, when they are in control of the media- the most powerful propaganda tool in the entire world.

The constant relentless bombardment with deplorably negative images of themselves that of which African Americans are so inundated with, through a white controlled media, is a very carefully and deliberately designed psychological conditioning program. With time, the group receiving the negative messages, being unable to refute or to confirm these derogatory messages and deficiencies will grow weary and paranoid of the negative messages and will eventually comes to accept these negative assessments of themselves. The perception created by the taunting now unconsciously influences how the taunted group perceives themselves, subsequently causing them to become distrustful of themselves, doubting themselves, hating themselves and, eventually, fighting among themselves. The taunted group may even become so besieged by deep feelings of inadequacy that they may even jump into the sea and attempt to swim towards the taunting ship now believing it to be superior to their own ship even if their own ship was in fact better.

The over representation of Black crimes and grossly exaggerated statistics of Black on Black violence within this psychosocial program are intentionally designed to create fear, hatred, and distrust thus molding the character of disunity and self-hatred among the Black community. All African Americans have experienced the burden of this system of applied psychological conditioning, some more severely than others have. It is experienced every time we [Blacks] read a newspaper, watch the evening news, listen to a radio report, enter a classroom and read its racially biased textbooks. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to accept the dominance of Whites and white institutions over their lives by misleading them to believe that they are, themselves, their own worst enemies, therefore engendering an aberration of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility. It is at the root of both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is at the heart of internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess.
