There have been a lot of apologies and so-called admissions of incompetence regarding the federal response to New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The racist detachment from those suffering allows one to throw around guilt relieving statements that conveniently excuse mass murder.

Admissions of incompetence like, well we could have done a better job, we’ll get it right next time, or now we know how to prepare properly for this type of disaster are intended to pacify public opinion. In the Intelligence field this is called “limited fallout�, where you admit something but not everything. But don’t think for a moment that mass murder is beyond the moral threshold of this nation particularly given its history of murder, from the genocide of the indigenous people the American Indians to over 100 years of lynching and

castration of Black people. Through the Rockefellers Ludlow Massacre, the MOVE massacre in Philadelphia, Kent State, WACO, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Rosewood, etc. this nation’s history demonstrates that it is not beyond the use of mass murder to remove an unwanted population in order to suppress dissent or further a political agenda.

Hurricane Katrina and the flood that followed was used as a weapon for the
ethnic cleansing of the unwanted Black populations in New Orleans. It was intentionally targeted at this unwanted Black population and federal aid was deliberately withheld to exacerbate the effects of the flood from the hurricane. There is sinister intention when you don’t allow thousands of stranded people to have food and water for five days when it is available.

Then the people are not given a way out who don’t have a way out. Even some who tried to leave were forced back into the raging floodwaters. If you left a dog in those circumstances you would most likely be arrested.
When the planes hit the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11 the federal response was there within 24 hours. It caught everyone off guard so it wasn’t even expected. Hurricane Katrina was expected far in advance of the flood that took place, yet the people there were abandoned for five days.

But then again we are taking about a Black population as much 98% in some areas. We are talking about mass murder.
Whenever there is a Bush in office you can count on going to war. Since baby Bush has been in office, there have been a string of catastrophes from 9/11 to Afghanistan, to Iraq, to the disaster in New Orleans. All one after another all of which ended up lining the pockets of the Chaney, Bush GOP war machine with special interest paid to Skull and Bones, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Council on National Policy, and the Rockefeller Oil Cartel.

Am I saying this Administration and its Corporate interests murdered innocent people to push their Nazi/Neocon Republican agenda and then lined their pockets? Yes! And they will continue to do it.
We have a problem but there are solutions to problems. It’s mathematics. Our ability to find solutions to our problems always depends on asking the right questions to solicit the appropriate answer. Our ability to ask the right questions always depends on how informed we are about our problem. So, to be sure we are on the same page, let’s consider the following.

Louisiana is a solid democratic state due to the high Black population percentage therefore anti-Bush, which is a motive for a Bush/Chaney war machine in and of itself. To put this mass murder into context we will need to check moves made in the years prior to Hurricane Katrina.

The mayor of New Orleans, Clarence Ray Nagin, a Creole, is a former Cox Communications executive; he was elected mayor by the Black vote and endorsed by the White Business Community. Mr. Nagin was originally a member of the Republican Party as Vice President and General Manager at

Cox Communications. He was also a contributor to George Bush’s’ Campaign, $1,000 in 1999. Literally days before filing for the New Orleans Mayoral race in February 2002 Nagin switched party affiliations and became a Democrat. In fact, Nagin did not even endorse Democratic candidate for Governor Kathleen Blanco in 2003. He endorsed the Republican candidate Bobby Jindal. Interestingly the Black Caucus mostly democrats also endorsed Jindal. Nagin built up a $3,000 campaign budget, but it wasn’t until an endorsement from New Orleans Times Picayune, Boule/Trilateral commissioner Andrew Young,

and Clancy Dubos that Nagin became the favorite. Clancy Dubos is a lawyer and CEO of Gambit Communications, the City Magazine. A massive rainstorm that caused severe flooding killing six people in May of 1995 set the stage for Nagin before he became mayor. Congress then authorized the Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control Project or SELA. The Army Corps of Engineers being charged with the task of carrying out SELA over the next ten years

spent four hundred and thirty million on levees and pumping stations. By 2003, federal funding had dried up after being redirected to the Iraq war and Homeland Security, according to Walter Maestri, chief of emergency management for Jefferson Parish of Louisiana.
A new study costing $300,000.00 in federal money, according to Al Naomi, army corp. project manager, was needed to see how protection could be

upgraded to protect against a category 4 or 5 storm. But the Bush administration ordered the New Orleans district office not to begin any new studies and the 2005 budget no longer included the needed money.
Days before the hurricane and through the first week of the hurricane, various state and local governments, corporations, and non-profit organizations across the country attempted to help in the relief effort but were stopped by federal officials, FEMA and Homeland Security. Michael Chertoff who replaced Tom Ridge now heads the Department of Homeland Security. Chertoff is an Israeli Jew with a sorted past (for background on Chertoff read Patrick Briley’s research). Chertoff was appointed US Attorney in New Jersey by daddy Bush and retained by Clinton from 1990 to 1994. Chertoff had worked the first World Trade Center Bombing in 1993 with Patrick Fitzgerald, a US attorney from New York. Fitzgerald is now heading

the investigation of a leak by Karl Rove of a CIA agents name. Chertoff was also co-author of the privacy intruding Patriot Act. Homeland Security had stopped the Red Cross from entering New Orleans with food. They stopped five hundred air boaters from Florida who were trying to help with rescue efforts. And Aaron Broussard of Jefferson Parish Louisiana on Meet the Press that Sunday said FEMA wouldn’t allow three tankers of water donated by Wal-

Mart, or 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel stored in a coast guard vessel into New Orleans.

Several stories claim there was little response because Governor Kathleen Blanco failed to declare a state of emergency. When in fact Blanco declared a state of emergency August 26, a day before Bush. Further, on August 28 in an official letter to Bush, Blanco requested all emergency supplies that would be needed in the aftermath, which should have been enough to prompt a full-scale response. Instead a 98% Black population was allowed to starve for five days and many drowned without rescue efforts. Initially Michael Chertoff and FEMA Director Michael Brown said they had no idea people were starving in New Orleans convention center, even though it had been on every news station, radio and Television all day.

Suburban police agencies south of New Orleans were ordered not to allow crowds fleeing New Orleans to cross the greater New Orleans Bridge to the upscale white neighborhood on the south-side of the Mississippi. As a crowd of about 200 approached the bridge, armed sheriffs formed a line across the bridge then fired warning shots over their heads, the crowd then of course scattered. After being told by the sheriff to turn back around a few in the crowd said they were told buses were waiting for them on the other side of the bridge. The sheriffs barked, there were no buses waiting and the west bank was not going to become New Orleans, and there would be no
Superdomes in their city, according to EMS workers Larry Bradshaw and Lori Slonsky. You can read their story online in the Socialist Worker September 9, 2005.

Louisiana State University Center for Costal, Energy, and Enviromental Resources study by its director of the natural Systems Modeling Group, Paul Kemp, analysis of the cause of the breech in the levee on the 17th and London Ave. say the canals weren’t “overtopped� by the Hurricane and suggests there was another cause. That finding contradicts the report given by the Army Corps of Engineers who say it was. (2the advocate news 9/22/05 “LSU Storm Expert Rejects Levee Failure Explanation�)
That other cause of the levee breech was an explosion according to Hal Turner, who the ADL lists as a white supremist, who wrote an article

September. 9, 2005 that burn marks and explosive residue was found on the levee debris. Divers inspecting the ruptured walls found burn marks on the debris. One diver from the Army Corps of Engineers secured a chunk of the debris with burn marks, then surfaced to show his superior when the FEMA on-site coordinator stepped in and said “You’re not here to conduct an investigation as to why this rupture occurred, but only to determine how best to close it�. The FEMA coordinator then through the evidence back in the water and said, “You will tell no one about this�. On the divers second dive, he hid a chunk of the debris in his diving suit and later arranged for it to be sent to trusted friends at the US Army Forensic Laboratory at Fort Gillam

Georgia for testing. A military forensic specialist determined that the burn marks did come from explosives. A source who spoke on condition of anonymity said, “We found traces of boron-enhanced fluoronitramino explosives as well as PBXN-111 embedded in the debris. This would indicate at least two separate types of explosive devises.� There were many stories by residents and emergency workers who said they heard what sounded like explosions but was never investigated. It was discounted as gas line explosions from homes with leaking gas lines. In an unrelated story there was a woman who asked a National guardsman about it and he told her part of the levee was blown up to contain the flood. This is not the first time that levee was blown up to drown the Black residence there. No sir. This is not far fetched conspiracy. In 1927 the levees there were exploded using 39 tons of dynamite for ten consecutive days. James Pierce Butler Jr., President of

Canal Bank with ties to Chase Bank in New York and President of the elite Boston Club, manipulated state and federal governments into dynamiting the levee outside of New Orleans – flooding out thousands of people, to relieve pressure on the city. Interestingly the wealthy white neighborhoods of New Orleans, most powerful business circles sustained little damage, since they were built on higher ground. These elite white communities now patrolled by mercenaries, the National Guard, and private armed security called Blackwater founded and made up of former Navy SEALS and BATS (Bodyguard and Tactical Security) and Israeli security firms. Blackwater, based in Moyock, N.C., was founded by the son of a billionaire, Erik Prince at the age of 27 a former SEAL himself, his father was Edgar Prince who made his money in automotive products. Edgar prince was a financier of the Christian right-wing Council on National Policy, often described as secretive and dangerous, was its v.p. in 1988. They are self described as the Christian conservative answer to the Council on Foreign Relations.

CNP was founded in 1981 by Tim LaHaye, they meet only 3 times a year and have approximately 500 members by invitation only. LaHaye also produces the “Left Behind� movie series. Recently exposed crook Tom Delay of the Republican party is a member. They are headquarterd in Virginia. Erik Prince’s sister Betsy married into the Devos family, co-founders of Amway, of whom Richard Devos was CNP executive committee board of governors. These are the real heads of the GOP who prefer not to be in the media and their agenda has been very successfully accomplished. Amway, itself a very cult like Christian based business, is a heavy financier of the GOP which stands for Grand Old Party. Amway gave 2.5 million to the GOP in 1994, the largest single donation to a party on record. Amway also made the second largest donation of $1,138,500 in 2000 being outdone this time by Reynolds Tobacco. Devos Sr. also donates out of pocket to the Bush administration. He and his wife Helen wrote two $500,000 checks from their personal accounts on April 2, 1997. Devos is former finance chairman for the Republican National

Committee. Betsy Devos, Princes sister, raised $100,000 for the Bush/Chaney campaign in 2000. Dick and Betsy Devos treated the bigwigs of the 2004 Republican National convention in New York with a ride on their private yacht.(Detroit Free Press 9/2/04) Tom Ellis former CNP Pres. in 1982 once served as director of the Pioneer Fund which sought to prove Blacks were genetically inferior. Erik Prince continued his father’s philanthropy in the republican right-wing cause campaigning for Bucchannan in 1992 and interning for Daddy Bushat the White House. These wealthy white communities complete with helipads and private choppers are owned by descendants of old line families dating back to the 1700s. They belong to the Audubon society and secret hereditary societies. They run Mardi Gras and the Pre-Lenten festivals. They also met with the Bush administration September 8th in Dallas along with Mayor Nagin and some 40 business leaders to map out the future of New Orleans. A prominent name at the forefront in the meeting was a man named James Reiss, chairman of the New Orleans Business Council. He insists the new city will not include “the criminal element,� a code word for Black people.

But he was not alone, it was a common sentiment throughout the meeting. Reiss protested that the city was overburdened with substandard schools, high crime rates, and a poor underclass. Also involved in the meeting was jazz artist Winton Marsalis who participated by phone to voice his concern over what he saw as some form of gentrifcation. Reiss was also tapped by Mayor Nagin to head public transportation as chair of the Regional Transit Authority. Reiss would be my prime suspect as to why public transportation was suspiciously absent during the most vital period of the evacuation. Reiss has armed Israeli security to patrol his home in Audubon place. Are they afraid Black people are going to mob their homes, steal their food and water, or kill them? Then say to them you did this to us. They should have because they did do it. The rich in those communities know they should have helped the Black people in that community before and during the flood. That’s why they are afraid. The wealth accumulated from slavery built those fine homes

as well as the economic and agricultural foundation of this nation.
The mass evacuation effectively changes the city’s demographics from a democratic strong hold to a republican one. Reversing the last thirty years of Black political management, while wealthy white families dominate the city’s professional and executive class, families who are descendants of the French who originally settled New Orleans. However, once the flood receeds, deeds and property records will be casualties of the flood and many will never be able to prove that they owned anything. Public housing residents literally have no chance of returning and the thousands of Black flood victims will have to start new lives now in another state with little money, no home and no job.
Louisiana republican and Bush ally Richard Baker spoke their mindset when he said, “We finally cleaned up Public Housing in New Orleans. We couldn’t do it but God did it.� The majority of the elite white families of New Orleans are long-time supporters of Bush and the oil and gas cartels. New Orleans will be rebuilt with up to 200 billion in federal aid and some of the visions put forward at the rich white privileged meeting on how that money should be used included some sort of Afro-Caribbean Paris. While others lobbied for more of a Las Vegas type plan.
This is by no means the first time the wealthy whites of New Orleans wanted to rid the city of the Black population. As early as 1856 the New Orleans Picayune urged removal of all FREE Negroes from the state as quote, “ a plague and pest in our community, besides containing the elements of mischief to the slave population�. Many whites pressed passage of a bill before legislature that would simply expel Blacks from the state by a certain date and enslave those who refused to go. So it was Blacks who were not under their control or free Blacks that was their problem. As long as you were a slave you were alright. Similarly in 2005 the white land owners prefer a situation similar to South Africa where Black people commute in to the city to clean their toilets and dump their garbage then you go back to your township outside of the city. But without their Blacks New Orleans wouldn’t be the tourist attraction that it is. Their precious French Quarter was built and populated by the Les Gens de Couler Libres or the free people of color, the Creoles. That includes the homes the architecture, the beauty of the iron work of the fences and gates around the balconys and property. It was the work of Creoles using the craft they brought from Africa who built it. Creoles were the product of race mixing between the French, Spanish, and African. The Black female Creoles were so coveted by even wealthy white men, they developed a system whereby white men could pick one of these women out at what was called the Quadroon Ball. This was a social gathering of Creole women acompanied by her mother the man would ask the mothers permission to have her daughter as his concubine. He would provide for her all necessities, property, home, luxuries etc. for her and the children. The children also would partake of their father’s inheritance. Most of these men were in fact married. Creoles while they were free could also be enslaved at anytime though used mostly as a buffer between the slave population. The most notorious slave trader of New Orleans, a Jewish pirate named Jean Lafitte, was considered a hero in Louisiana. He smuggled slaves from Cuba for $300 and sold them in New Orleans for $1,200 well after slavery became illegal. Lafitte had been run out of Haiti during the uprisings and slave revolts. The Jewish participation in the slave trade is not well known and definitely not commonly discussed or written in literature. When it is an issue Jews are quick to brand you an anti-semite, what ever that is. New Orleans was second only to Rhode Island in the slave trade also made prominent by a Jewish slave trader and maybe the most successful, Aaron Lopez. The French Jews of New Orleans have made fortunes in the slave trade. Julius Freyhan, Julius Freyhan & Co., was among Jews that amassed great wealth in the trade in Black bodies as well as the Speilgmans, Freemans, and Rosenthals. Some elements of the Jewish community lay claim that the flood disaster in New Orleans was God’s revenge for forcing the Jews out of the illegally occupied territory of the Gaza Strip. Not only were Jewish families encouraged to settle there with financial grants, elements of the Republican Party and a network of tax-exempt charities stole and laundered money to finance Israeli occupation. For being in violation of U.N. Security Council Resolution 242 and having to be forcibly be evacuated these Jewish families will be compensated with between $250,000 & $500,000 per family. While the supposed U.S. citizens of New Orleans barley receive $2,000 in disaster relief. How much U.S. aid does Israel receive each year? How about more than the rest of sub Saharan Africa combined . In terms of dollar amount you may get a variety of answers depending on who you ask. Most will say about $2.5 Billion in aid. But few will include the other $2-3 Billion in military aid or the recent granting of $8-9 Billion in economic loan guarantees in 2003 that the U.S. pays if Israel defaults on the loans or the $7 Billion request to assist the withdrawl from Golan Heights illegal occupation in Syria. The U.S. even pays Israel’s enemy, Egypt, $2.1 Billion a year to keep peace with Israel. And that’s just the tip of the iceburger. Why so much money lavished on Israel? We may reference an ideology called British Israelism. A belief that British Europeans are one of the lost tribes of Israel. It is therefore the will of God that they spread European imperialism.
A recent report, released by former chief criminal prosecutor Talia Sasson on march 9, 2005, fingered US lobbyist Jack Abramoff and Tom Delay stealing and laundering money from the Choctaw Chippewa Indian tribe. According to Talia Sasson’s report, the World Zionist Organization played a central role in coordinating illegal settlement activities. Funds were transferred into a non-descript 501c3 called CAF Capital Athletic Fund which funded illegal colonization of west bank of Beitar and also directly procured sniper scopes, camouflage suits, night vision binoculars, thermal imagers and shooting mats. The shipment of military hardware from the US to Israel was to be expedited via a signed letter from a Commander in the in the Israeli Defense Force in order to guarantee “end user� clearance for arms exportation from the US State Dept. The US non-profits control 30% of the World Zionist Organization. Many of these non_profits are financed by right-winged Christian republican groups. This report had actually been commissioned last year by Ariel Sharon and submitted on March 9 then approved by the cabinet on march 13, 2005. Army Corp Engineers former Pres. Bunnitine (Bunny) Greenhouse, a Black woman form Louisiana, was recently demoted after refusing a retirement offer. Her crime was denying Halliburton subsidiary Kellog, Brown, & Roots (KBR) it’s customary 12 $billion worth of Iraqi non- competitive bidding military contracts. On February 26, 2003, an Army Corp. meeting was held at the Pentagon. A major item on the agenda was what outside contractor would get the multi-million dollar job of putting out oil well fires that Saddam Husseins troops would allegedly set once the war started and then get the oil wells operational again. The project was called RIO for Restore Iraqi Oil.
Several U.S. companies had the Knowledge to accomplish the job but the assumption in the room, with the exception of Bunny Greenhouse, was that KBR was the only one. It is strict protocol in the procurememt business that a company that draws up the contingency plans for a project should not bid on the job itself. It would be like cheating. Sure enough KBR had drawn up the contingency plans the previous year but Bunny wasn’t going for it. And Maj. Gen. Robert Griffin wasn’t going for it either, he demoted her.
Even beyond that, the Iraqi oil fields sustained little damage so there was very little RIO available for KBR. KBR, then already under contract, took on the job of servicing Iraqi fuel needs by bringing gasoline from Kuwait. What is not generally known is that KBR specializes in the LOGCAP contract which supplies the needs of the occupying troops whether it’s wherever they’re housed or fed, even swimming pools, generators, mess halls, tents etc. Dick Chaney was the original designer of this plan as secretary of defense under daddy Bush, four years later he was CEO of Halliburton. In other words the troops won’t be coming home any time soon, they can’t come home. Dick Chaney still has a lot of money left to make. You can believe Halliburton is going to milk this one down to the wire.
The Neocon/nazi republican party are causing the wars and disasters, which is what nazis have always done, then they’re giving each other the military contracts to take over and rebuild and making billions of dollars. Wars are about making money and Billions of it. You have to ask yourself who makes the tanks, the bombs, the planes, the ammunition? Military defense contractors. Who are the ownwers or stock holders in defense contracting? The Bushes’, the Chaneys’, the Regans’, Rockefellers, etc. The cleanup and rebuilding contracts in Louisiana is a classic example. An interesting note here is there are many ties to Virginia republicans. FEMA outsourced a $500,00 contract for recovery planning to a Baton Rouge emergency management and homeland security consulting firm IEM to develop the Catastrophic Hurricane Disaster Plan for New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana on June 3, 2004. FEMA was recently headed by Michael Brown before being replaced after it was discovered Brown had no experience. (He did say he had stayed at a Holiday Inn though) Brown’s closest experience was being the former college buddy of Joe Allbaugh, former Bush campaign manager and director of FEMA.

The Republican take over of FEMA may have grave consequences for Afrikans in America. FEMA, also considered the shadow government, doesn’t have much of a budget for natural disasters. The bulk of it’s budget is for “Black Projects� and classified projects dealing with civil defense, according to a 1992 study by the Cox newspaper Group.
FEMA was created in 1979 on July 20 by Pres. Jimmy Carter’s executive order # 12148. It absorbed several agency responsibilities. The one we’re concerned with here is civil defense preparedness agency of the defense dept. FEMA now assumes Continuity of Government (COG) under martial law and authority to house and detain American citizens in detention camps spread across the country. This was revealed during the republican Oliver North hearings in the 80’s. It was North’s responsibility for the camps’ contingency plans specifically in the event of an uprising by Black militants. A plan called “Operation Night train� would round up 30 million Blacks and intern us in detention camps.
FEMA has since merged with Homeland Security. The National guard would assist the army in the round up of citizens along with the state military reserve or state defense
forces. ON Jan. 18, 19991 Daddy Bush authorized by executive order the mobilization of 1 million soldiers in ready reserve. The Dept. of the Army and FEMA would use state militias to suppress civilian disorder, round up subversives, and perform domestic intelligence and counter intelligence functions. According to a Nation magazine article March 18, 1991 “Scandals of the State Militias�, their type of recruits are neonazis, mercenaries, and violent felons.

What we have witnessed here is called ethnic cleansing by some. I call it mass-murder. The conspiracy lies between the wealthy republican Bush campaign donors in New Orleans and the Bush regime returning a kick-back to some of his dedicated donors. Nazis though have quite a history of ethnic cleansing so for the Bush regime it was an easy favor to return. In fact it was Prescott Bush the great grand daddy, who was a primary financier of Hitler through the Union Banking Corp. and the Brown Bros. Harriman investment firm when Prescott became senior partner in the firm with his Skull & Bones fraternity brother Averell Harriman. On Oct. 20, 1942 the U.S. government seized Nazi Germany banking operations in New York which were under the direction of Prescott Bush and the Union Banking Corp. It was seized under the Trading with the Enemy Act. The bank’s books and accounts were frozen by the U.S. Alien Property Custodian in 1942 and were not released back to the Bush family until 1951.
Karl Rove, the republican political & campaign adviser to Bush and Schwarzenegger, also has a nazi background. According to retired U.S. Navy Lt. Commander Al Martin, Rove’s grandfather was Karl Heinz Roverer, the gauleiter of Oldenburg. Roverer was reich-statthalter, nazi party chairman. Schwarzenegger’s father Gustav, was also Nazi. Arnold’s good friend, Kurt Waldheim former head of the U.N., is a known nazi.
The republican party has been the home for nazi ideology dating back to 1934 with Edmond Furholzer, a nazi publisher from Germantown, N.Y., who was paid by the New York State Republican Committee to campaign for Hoover after promising the committee he would deliver the German vote.
In the book “Old Nazis, the new right, & the republican party� by Russ Bellant, he shows that convicted nazi collaborator, Laszold Pasztor, built the republican émigré network and other nazi collaborators in the republican party. The Philadelphia Inquirer Sept. 10, 1988 confirms nazis in the bush coalition as well. The reverend Pat Robertson, who recently called for the assassination of Venezuelen President Hugo Chavez, lead the Christian Coalition of the far right when it endorsed nazi David Duke in the 1975-79 campaign for governor through its head of the Louisiana Chapter Rev. Billy McCormick. We now see Robertsons’ charity endorsed by FEMA as a Katrina relief fund called “Operation Blessing�
In 1994 Robertson asked 700 club members for cash donations (other than the required $700 to be a 700 club member) to operation blessing for refugees from the Rwanda civil war. A Virginia Pilot reporter, Bill Sizemore, discovered the planes operation blessing was using transported not refugees but diamond mining equiptment for his African Development Corp. Robertson initiated the diamond venture with Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire. When the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs prepared to take legal action against Robertson in 1999, VA attorney gen. Mark Early, republican, intervened with his own report that agreed with VOCA conclusion that Robertson was deceptive but overruled the recommendation to prosecute. Robertson had donated $35,000 to Early’s campaign in 1997, his campaigns largest donation.
In 1999 Robertson signed an $8 million dollar deal with Charles Taylor of Liberia to establish his Freedom Gold Ltd. mining rights in Liberia. Robertson has resigned from his Christian Coalition after successfully being sued by black employees for racial discrimination. Black employees were forced to enter the office through the back door and required to eat in a segregated area.
At the end of WWII in 1945,(the year the U.N. was established & financed by the Rockefeller family and their council on foreign relations. See “The Imperial Brain Trust� by Lawrence Shoup & William Mintor, a thesis upon which they received their doctorate at Northwestern Univ.) the military discovery of particle/laser beam technology and advanced weaponry and aircraft on German bases were superior to America’s. UFO type aircraft are not from outerspace., they are highly classified technologically advanced aircraft(research German Foo Fighters and the saucer designed A V Roe Aircraft of the early 50’s). The War Dept. decided not to destroy what they found but to take advantage of the technology and the scientists as well. These Nazis were not tried as war criminals, they were brought to America to continue their research and ideology under “Operation Paperclip� It was carried out by the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency and remained classified until 1973. (*Note that the Roswell incident occurred in 1947 2 years after confiscating the technology)
The need to control any advanced technology is not based on the welfare of the people who would benefit from it but on the greed of who would profit from it. The alternative would be to kill the inventor. Case and point the CEO of True Vote International, Athan Gibbs, a brilliant Black man who was frustrated with the previous election and the votes of so many that were voided for Bushes opponent. He invented a computerized voting machine that gives you a receipt with a number corollating to the machine you cast your vote on . That number verifies that your vote is registered and in fact your vote was cast for the candidate you intended. He had a pending contract with Microsoft that he never got to sign. His vehicle was run off of the highway by a semi-tractor trailer.
Nothing gets in the way of the neocon/nazi Bush machine. I think Walden Odell said it best at the Bush presidential fundraiser held at his mansion in Ohio at $1000 per couple on Sept. 26, 2003. He promised to deliver the presidency to George Bush personally. You see Walden Odell is CEO of Diebold the premier voting machine business that also specializes in the ATM machines. The headquarters is in Ohio where of course the last election was decided. Funny thing, all Diebold products give a receipt except the voting machines. So you have an iligitimate president. That is the illusion of democracy further demonstrated by the fact that you really had no choice other than a Skull & Bonesman for president. Kerry and Bush are fraternity brothers in Skull & Bones. One is democrat., one republican. The over all goal of the new world order is the same for both, only the methodology is different. A war president as Bush describes himself, is about making money in the process. Kerry did say also that he would finish what Bush started, the war on terrorism. But there is no country called terrorism. So its not a war, its hypothetical. Its really an invasion. And there is much evidence to suggest that 9/11 was allowed to happen to justify these invasions. That is a subject that of itself deserves our undivided focus.
The electronic voting machine industry is dominated by 3 corporations Diebold, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), and Sequoia. Diebold and ES&S alone comprise 80% of the electronic vote.
The Urosevich brothers, Bob and Todd, founded the ES&S parent company, Data Mark. They were finaced by right-wing man Howard Ahmanson in 1984. Ahmanson belongs to the secretive right-wing Council on National Policy, and an heir to a savings and loan fortune. He is also a chief contributor to the Chalcedon Institute. His brothers Robert and William expanded Data Mark with new capital to become American Information Systems (AIS) . Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel, chairman of AIS in 1997 purchased Business Records Corp. (BRC), which was formerly Texas based election company Cronus Industries, to become ES&S.
One of the owners of BRC was Carol Hunt of the right-wing Hunt family oil fortune. She also supplied capital for the Council on National Policy. In 1996 Hagel became the first elected Nebraska republican senator in 24 years on votes verified by the very company he is the CEO of.
If a hurricane is an act of nature how can you blame the neocon/nazi republicans? Maybe they just saw a business opportunity out of a tragedy. Not so fast. For one thing the IEM had a plan developed in a preparedness exercise last year about a mock hurricane called “Pam�. That exercise included emergency transportation for the poor because it was calculated many would die without it. Not only that but it was noted these stranded people would only last five days without food and water. The recently televised f/x movie “the Oil Storm� portrayed a hurricane that hits Louisiana and destroys the oil refineries on the gulf coast causing sky-rocketing gas & oil prices, panic and mayhem. That was an obvious mass conditioning exercise which are designed to prep the mind to accept a coming social shift or change or a calamity.
One of the most pervasive and perverse mass conditioning exercises in recent years is the lowering of tolerance for homosexuality that gradually desensitized the minds of the people to perversion. It was a “planned psychological attack� primarily orchestrated by two homosexual social scientists and activists from Harvard, Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen who wrote a homosexual manifesto in their book “After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90’s� The authors predicted Americans would be “cured� of their opposition to homosexual perversion, “whether they like it or not.� In order for a new neonazi fascist state to be imposed the current culture has to be broken down, replaced, corrupted. Not that this society was ever very morally hospitable to Black people anyway but the principle is our focus here. People are being made to believe that this is an alternative life style or that one is born that way. It is being suggested to people that they are gay through propaganda the same way a doctor suggests to someone that they need an operation when they really don’t. These men and women are not that way by nature. If that were true, the world could never have been populated. It is a psychological/sociological issue. It is circumstances that make people susceptible, then some one or some form of propaganda suggests to them that they are homosexual.
One recent study that may make men susceptible may lie in the toxic chemical make up of some plastics. Polycaronate used for most clear plastic bottles particularly baby bottles, when heated release bisphenol-A (BPA) which is a hormone disruptor that imitates the female hormone estradiol. These estrogen imitators in BPA known as xenoestrogens also crop up in industrial waste, meat, soap, pesticides, car exhaust, gurniture paneling, and carpeting. The CDC reports that BPA is present in the urine of 95% of Americans tested.
The recycle pyramid symbols that appear on the bottom of every plastic container each have a corresponding number. Four of seven categories have no known health risks presently. These categories are: #1 PET or PETE (polyethylene terephthalate), #2 HDPE (High-density polyethylene), #4 LDPE (Low-density polyethylene), and #5 PP (Polypropylene). The categories which have been found to pose health risks, BPA, breast & testicular cancer etc. are as follows: #3 PVC or Vinyl (Polyvinyl Chloride), #6 PS (Polystyrene) commonly known as Styrofoam, #7 PC (Polycarbonate).
The organized homosexual movement had it’s roots in the Mattachine society founded in 1950 Nov.11 by two Marxists, Harry Hay and Rudi Gernreich. Its primary goal was to encourage the public to view homosexuals as a persecuted minority rather than mental deviants. An outcome of such a movement that is compatible with neonazi fascism is population and birth control. Both of which received heavy funding from the Rockefeller foundation. The Rockefellers also financed an earlier work in 1948, 2 years before the first organization, by Alfred Kinsey “The Sexual Behavior in the Human Male� and “The Sexual Behavior in the Human Female.� Kinsey, a sexologist, used his research to suggest that 95% of adult males were actively engaged in some form of deviant sexual behavior. He also supervised studies involving child molestation. Kinsey, with the help of Rockefeller’s finance, is still one of the most cited sex scientists. It seems that Kinsey’s shocking work opened the door for the first organized movement.
In Feb. 1988, refered to as the war conference, 175 homosexual activists representing different organizations convenend in Warrenton, Virginia where they established a 4 part agenda to force acceptance of homosexual culture into the mainstream American culture. For example the use of the term “gay� to detract from the sexual connotation that the use of homosexual exposes. In attendance were Kirk and Madsen. They devised the marketing and public relations propaganda, a blueprint that we have seen at work in the areas that touch every American citizen as the blueprint suggests, in government, education, organized religion, the media, and the workplace.
The latest homosexual propaganda perpetrated against the black community to foster mistrust, suspicion, and destruction of the traditional Black family structure is the down low brother stories/rumors. There may be some down low people out there but the suggestion in the media, like the Oprah Winfrey Show, is that it is epidemic and a major cause in the rise of aids cases among Black women. And because the Black media does almost no investigative journalism only press releases, our community accepted this as a significant threat in our community.
In 2003 the New York Times magazine, the Washington Post, and the Chicago Sun Times published stories saying Black men are on the down low or having sex with men and women and contributing to the spread of HIV/AIDS. These stories are the source of this speculation. In these articles it sites the data from the Young Mens Survey (YMS), a study by Dr. Linda A. Valleroy of the CDC. She has disputed the use of her data in these articles to perpetrate this idea. In her interviews she states her study was not about so called black men on the “down low�. It was about gay men going to gay bars. Valleroy did not dispute that there are people who have a down low lifestyle, but that it has never been studied and the percentage of men who had sex with both sexes in her survey was small. “ How prevalent it is I don’t know.� “Nobody knows how prevalent it is, but its in novels, its in rap music, and its on Oprah,�she said. The perpetrators of these articles were, Benoit Denizet-Lewis/NY Times Magazine, Jose Antonio Vargas/Washington Post, and Cheryl Jackson/Chicago Sun Times. (CDC prevention news update 8/25/04. The question now is can this barely publicized story ever hope to catch the lie that has already been perpetrated?
Did you know the ability to modify the weather has been around since the 60’s? It is quite real. It is done very routinely. Do you mean rich people can order a hurricane? Yes! Not only that super wealthy people take trips to the moon for $200 million dollars supplied by Space Adventures Ltd. Of Arlington, Va. On Russian rockets. Also $100 million dollar fly-bys to the far side of the moon. Another company seeking to raise $25 million in investments is the 4Frontiers Corp. This company is planning to open a human settlement on the surface of Mars. I have to say on the surface because wealthy people sometimes live below the surface in underground cities as in the case of Mt. Weather in Virginia or Iron Mountain in New York where government and business leaders would be safe housed in the event of civil disaster or disruption of government and suspension of the constitution for the COG.
We can also look to the Russians for weather modification services. A premier Russian firm in this field called Elate Intelligent Technologies has suggested for the right price they could have reduced some of the most destructive hurricanes to mere gusts of wind. It may not be a coincidence that the previous two hurricanes had Russian names, Ivan and Katrina. The U.S. Air Force has embarked on the lofty goal of “Owning the Weather by 2025� as titled by its report which you can view online. The number of 4 & 5 category storms has doubled in the last 35 years. The suggestion in this report is the use of weather as a weapon to maintain air dominance over other nations. At an April 1997 conference on counter terrorism, former sec. Of defense William Cohen made this statement: “others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism where they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes , volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations and it’s real. And that’s the reason why we have to intensify our efforts�. Its only fair that we should mention here the U.S. military’s own eco-terrorism weapon of mass destruction called HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program). It is extremely powerful and capable of triggering, floods, droughts, hurricanes, and earthquakes with these electromagnetic waves mentioned by former sec. of defense William Cohen, also a devoted Bush supporter. That brings us to date with the Weather Modification Research & technology Transfer Act or Bill s.517 set forward on March 3, 2005. It took effect on Oct. 1, 2005. This bill sets up an 11 member board of directors to oversee all research on weather control, and directs funding to research projects.
