Cops are corporate employees and not government officials

When a cop turns on his emergency lights and you stop and he asks you for your license and registration, and then writes a summons-ticket, executes it and demands your bond in the form of an agreement to appear, he is breaking a number of laws. 1) The Turning on of lights means, an emergency is in effect. The cop wants you to think, he is stopping traffic and that you are the emergency. Where was the "emergency"? No where, of course. The cop just wanted to "traffic stop" you.

The cop perpetrated a fraud. He deceived you into thinking there was an emergency and he impersonated an official on emergency business. The cop in reality is a Corpora Ficta employee and not a government employee at all. He has no powers of a government official at all. There are TWO AND ONLY TWO lawfully excusable conditions for seizing proper! ty or Citizens: a) a warrant of the law or b) first-hand observation of a felony being committed. That is not just the law. That is constitutionally mandated. Then the cop asks you for License and Registration. He needs that from you to produce prima facie evidence of trafficking instead of traveling. When the cop puts on the emergency lights to traffic stop you the cop is impersonating a government official on emergency business, when in fact he is a Corpora Ficta employee with no government powers and accuses you of trafficking instead of traveling if indeed you are not transporting people or property for hire or profit. You validate his claim of trafficking when you produce license and registration. 2) Cops are only authorized to enforce statute and ordinance NOT LAW. Statutes are passed by State of Corpora Fictas. Ordinances are passed by City of or Town of Corpora Fictas. Law is only the Natural Law, Constitutional Law and Common Law. DMV is only a corporate Department in State of California Corpora Ficta. License and registration produces commercial connection/nexus to Corporate State of California. Your license and registration is a commercial agreement and not even a contract. If you are not involved in commercial activity you are exercising no privilege that must be licensed and registered. Licenses and registrations are only required for commercial activity ONLY, that means business ONLY. In the LAW you have the right to travel as part of your right to liberty and pursuit of happiness . 3) if the Cop decides you have broken the law or actually infracted a statute and he writes a ticket or summons to Municipal Court, the cop is now impersonating an officer of the court, which he clearly is not. He is impersonating a Judicial Officer. WHO IN ALL OF AMERICA CAN WRITE A SUMMONS TO A COURT UNLESS THEY ARE ACTUALLY AUTHORIZED TO SERVE IN A JUDICIAL *P U B L I C* - We the Peoples'- OFFICE? No one else may. 4) When the cop serves the summons he is impersonating a Sheriff. ! The Sheriff is a member of the executive branch of government. The cop has now just violated the separation of powers. No one person can serve in two branches of the government at the same time. WHO IN ALL OF AMERICA CAN EXECUTE (SERVE) A SUMMONS, OR COMPULSORY LEGAL PROCESS OF ANY OTHER NAME UNLESS THEY ARE ACTUALLY AUTHORIZED TO SERVE IN A SHERIFFS' OFFICE? No one may. 5) Now the cop demands your word that you will appear. The cop is demanding a BOND from you. WHO IN ALL OF AMERICA CAN TAKE A BOND-INCLUDING A "PROMISE TO APPEAR"- EXCEPT FOR A BAILIFF? No one else may! 6) We're not done yet with the cops' impersonation. The cop signs his "summons." In Connecticut, the "summons" has a line marked "officer." That is on a document that purports to come from a "Superior Court." In other states, such as California, the court is a municipal court and recently municipal courts have been absorbed into Superior Court which is a! constitutional court. This is pure fraud. The cop is not an officer and the summons did not come from any court. In summary cops in traffic stops are impersonating government officials on an emergency and you are the emergency, they try to get you to validate their fraud, they impersonate judicial officers, they impersonate being a Sheriff who is an executive officer, they violate the principal of separation of powers, they impersonate a court bailiff, by signing the false summons they violate for the second time impersonating a judicial officer. The entire summons is a total fraud because it is not a government document at all, it is a corporate document being issued to a private Citizen. If you do not produce your license and registration, you may be cited in additio! n for driving without a license and registration. You have the right to revoke your promise to appear and send this to the officer, the police department and the court. Then you can appear specially (administratively) instead of generally and demand retraction of the ticket with prejudice for all of the above reasons. The court will very likely go along with you and bury the court record because they do not want this in the public record. This article can be boiled down to 1 page that you can offer a so-called traffic officer in lieu of handing over your license and registration. Hopefully the cop may decide to let you go ins! tead of giving you a ticket. If you do not give your license and registration, the cop may elect to add no license or registration to ticket in addition to whatever. If he says show it or go to jail, offer it under protest without prejudice. Sign your ticket with, ÊReserving all rights UCC 1-207.
