UNIA based in Chicago

Peace &Blessings Afrikans,

I was wondering if any members of this site are members of the UNIA oraganization based in Chicago (south or west side)? If so how do you feel about it? the reason i ask is because i am interested in being a part of the UNIA but I've heard some disturbing things such as it's financed by jews and and it also has cracka membership (not the one in Chicago as far as i know, but in general) I was thinking about giving them a ring to find out what they offer as far as workshops and community action but before I go any further I wanted to get more insight. By the way i read in another post about one of the members to this site asking another Brother to get in contact with the UNIA ....did you contact them and if so how did it work out ?

that is the largest bowl of b.s I ever smelled. Check the history books now to today. The UNIA-ACL aint never been funded by white paper. Garvey started a dialogue with the Klan leadership for the purpose of keeping the black race pure and keeping the white race pure, to kill the mongrelization but that's it and as far as financial support of the Klan (they wanted blacks out of the U.S. as bad as Garvery wanted us out but for different motives) it never got off the ground. If you are looking for an organization that was founded by the jews and still is, holla at the NAACP.
