| In Focus: On the Health Train through South Africa
Phelophepa means "good, clean health care" – the Phelophepa health train is a clinic on wheels, which has been providing medical services to remote areas of South Africa for the past ten years. The train now consists of 16 coaches, weighs 600 tons, and is completely fitted for medical, dental, ophthalmological, and psychiatric care. A camera team accompanied the train and its staff for three weeks, observing the people who sometimes walk 30 kilometres to get treatment.
