The movie itself is basically him telling his own story to an interviewer at the NYtimes when they did his interview in the early 60's.

You watch all of the events that he lead and you see his legend coming to life as you begin to see why he was so loved and respected.

I heard that too, but I only saw the "Guerrilla Film" (that's the only one the library order anyway) But the film is in english and it has spanish subtitles if you need want them.

I think they may be making a Spanish version because the whole cast is mainly Latino with exception of the Afrikan Cuban and Afrikan people within the story.

The movie has been originally filmed in Spanish (but the interview with the northamerican reporter) Most of the non main actos/actresses are Cuban or Puerto Rican. The main actos/actresses are either colombian, puerto rican, brazilian, etc. Its also a way to show respect.
(and by the way, afrocubans speak spanish too, lol -- just kidding, i know what u meant)

I went to the cinema to watch the second day it was out. I liked the approach. Respectfull.

Yes they have already done the second part, in fact, they filmed the second part first, but its not in the cinemas yet, as far as i know, its been only shown in cinema festivals

So far, this was the best portrayal of Che I've seen. Out here in Los Angeles they showed parts 1 & 2 so it was 5 hours of reading subtitles but it's definitly worth it.
