Homemade Bulgarian Training Bag (I made one just like this. I used the extra rubber as handgrips by cutting the leftover rubber in half. Wrapped it around some cut up towel. Taped it closed. Then I put it on the bag and taped the ends down; around the tire; I also added handles with some old cotton drawstring.)
