I feel U I ziz. Asa's info iz da truth. Most of my research started with his words. I lost those VHSs somewhere. sux cuz i was lookin hard too. But I did convert one of em to audio. The sankofa one. Really good.

That Sankofa speech is HEAVY. its nice havin them as audio car man can go about my business on road or cook or rair rair and still elevate with my headphones. man dont have time these days to read enuff or watch movies 2 tuff...

I downloaded part 1, but halfway thru unpacking it with 7-zip it said its a broken file.
i dont know what the other parts are like but i got the same thing with the panther 1995 videos - 5 parts out of 6.
Can u fix the sankofa links? i cant find the film anywhere else!

Maybe your connection stopped/or froze before the download was finished?


This happens to me sometimes. Try downloading them over.


I downloaded Sankofa from the links Vic posted and burnt it to DVD...the link works fine

n/m I just realized that you said you "downloaded part 1" you need to download all the links first before you open the rar file

Asante for your help blud. I am new to this 7-zip program and rar files. i have unpacked audio files that vic posted fine just one at a time.

but am i right in thinking from your guidance that once i downloaded all the sankofa parts i must highlight them all and unpack them in 7-zip all at the same time? will the program join the files together or something?

once they're all downloaded just 7-zip the first file and they all will extract

The audio that works should play automatically with windows media player. While its playing go to file> save as> then save that joint. itll be a .wma file.

Good looks on these. but the sound is kinda low and could use some editting. Peace.
