I agree with an earlier comment, the white people in South Africa were forgiven, but where's the forgiveness for this girl? What could she POSSIBLY have done to deserve this kind of treatment and to have her life cruelly snuffed out in this way?

Did she sell out someone? Did she tell the police where someone was hiding? Did she beat a man to death? Did she sell her body to a white man for food? Did she give a way a secret?

What did she do? No matter how I try to imagine what she did, I just can't find a reason strong enough for this kind of murder.

I suppose some of us can stand back and say, well she could very well have been a traitor to the people; but some of us can say also, she could very well have been innocent and someone jealous of her accused her to get rid of her.

You tell me, how do we know?

What was this girl's name? In the video it's unclear... what year was it shot? What were the extenuating circumstances? These are questions that are burning for me.

yeah...and just like the death penalty here is inhumane but we don't see the media showing that on t.v....1...

I agree... and well in the States they're close to showing it on TV, and I would think that inhumane as well.

I think almost any kind of murder is inexcuseable, even state sanctioned murder. The only people I think really need to go back to God are like serial murderers and chronic child molesters.

War and political murders are among the stupidest excuses for wanton violence against humanity and I just can't support it...

We all need to watch this. We need to be reminded daily about our condition as a people. There is no turning your back on watching this video. Did you watch the Rodney King Video? We all did. Don't give me that soft bs. We need to see what our people are doing to each other as well as the other notorious beatings and murders perpetrated against us by the oppressor.

There have been many movies made about South Africa aka Azania during the Apartheid struggle. We all have watched at least one, but I have seen them all. What about Shaka Zulu? Sarafiina? Biko? Cry Freedom? etc... What about "Rawanda"? April in Springtime? or was it Springtime in April? We need to face the music cause the songs almost over. We better start dancing 'cause it's "last call for alcohol" i.e. spirits.

Some of the most horrific acts of violence have been done to me by Black folks. I remember when I was 14 years old and ten brothers jumped on me 'cause they wanted my "suede" coat. I was kicked, stumped, punched, etc... I still had my coat on when they left! We must be true to our struggle without being squeamish. The struggle has no place for the faint of heart, squeamish, etc...

Winnie Mandela was notorious for exacting just punishment on traitors and toms. Without her work, Azania would not have the semblance of freedom that it now "enjoys." The yolk may have been loosened but we ain't free yet!
