I think that many African people in Amerikkka are infatuated with the idea of Barack Hussein Obama becoming president because he too is African. After people get “happy” with this idea, they should ask themselves, how does his nationality influence this country. It is not enough for him to simply be “representin” We are far to obsessed with comparison. His duties as a president have nothing to do with him being African. He and no other president have full control. Imagine a cop pig is promoted to the highest rank, just because he is an African does not mean he can or will save us. He still has a corrupt job to do. The electoral process is corrupt as well, it does not matter if he has more or less votes, they simply do not work that way. Presidency is corrupt, just look at what President POOF has done. People actually believe that he had NO or very little support in his actions over the past years. That is BS because he alone could have never made those decisions on his own. True, they wanted him in because it makes things a whole lot simpler that POOF has been willing to go along with their plan. As you can see, the opinions and protest of the citizens do not matter. If Barack Hussein Obama gets in, his job will be to continue the plan on towards destruction. If he disagrees, it will be hell on him, and the media will be dancing with the news. I doubt very much that about a bullet for Barack Hussein Obama , Amerikkka wants to make it seem that they can accept this idea. I do question what plans they have for him because it is clear that his plans will never matter. If Barack Hussein Obama does that the majority of Africans do not like, we will say how can a black man do that. If the POOF or some other ham does it, we will say how can the president of the u..s. do that? But, his job wont be any different then any other pres. Nothing about his job will be any different other then he would be “representin” while he is doing it. It just does not make sense. I do not know what people expect. If I were a voter, he would have my vote. But I don't for various reasosons, including that I know my vote means nothing. If he wins it’s because they want him in there, and you had better believe that it is not with pure intentions.

There have been many things said about his (Obama) past, such ass the fact he is (or was) a muslim, and not so much that it matters, but when he spoke at my wife's church in October, he sounded like a pitch salesman for a pyarmid scheme, and I have been to many of those..very surface, nothing deep. He basically sounded like he gave a sermon, and the folks ate it up. I felt nothing from it, I still don't like him, and let me set the record staright on something as well...I really never cared for any president, none will ever look out for our best interest. Obama whether he was african or not, is as generic as medicine. If the powers that be want him in office, he will be there. I truly belive he will be president becuase the Bush/Republican agenda has turned not only the brothers, but some of the yt have begun to hate busch and company...trust me, listen to yt, and they hate him a hell of a lot, it's kinda funny to hear them speak. You see, I think we should let things be, Obama..the rest are all the same. This country has proven to the rest of the world that our electoral process is just as corrupt (2000 & 2004), and backed by those who have money...ie big business, and corporatioons. This caucus here, and caucus there, really for what? Do we need to care? No...becuase no one is going to truly fight the white house anyway. We can focus on this race only becuase the media keeps it in our face, if we really start not to care, what do you think will happen. I say watch the obama, listen to obama, he has said and done everything opposite that we here on the forum, and in the struggle are fighting for. Therefore let the record show, you should not give a two-cents about him. If he himself doesn't doubt HIS agenda, then you know for certain not to doubt yours. It doesn't matter who...who they stick in the white house...the ish is called the "white" house, and why, becuase it will, and always will uphold the standards of white people aka yt. Obama my friend is not deep, he's so transparent, and to me looks like a yt established fine clothes store salesman. Ish it is not even a campaign for him, he sounds like a sales pitch. He could have been talking about kill yt, but then again, he wouldn't even be on TV...my bads. Truth be told, no matter what they do, the gov, white house, or the supreme court, you need to get yourself prepared to go further than you ever have before....rely on self and the presidency won't matter to you. Our country as we call it is nothing but mirrors and smokescreens, and what do you see whe the smoke clears in a mirror, you...damn sure ain't Obama. |

i think for alot of us its that idea of... finally, one of us CAN be president, its possible. maybe things ARE finally equal and fair. but to me it would only represent a SYMBOLIC victory........ like having NBA dreams, then waking up to be reminded you aint got no legs.....

i dont think obama will put into action anything that will change america. but i do believe him being president might have a positive effect on those black people with a slave mentality. the ones who believe "a nigga cant get a job and niggas dont read books". at least they can feel like they could stand up as men instead of play like boys. im not for this oppressive system anymore than anyone else on this board, but i do believe a black president is a refreshing image in a society that portrays us as thugs. you are welcome to disagree.

(CBS) For the series “Primary Questions: Character, Leadership & The Candidates,” CBS News anchor Katie Couric asked the leading presidential candidates questions designed to go beyond politics and show what really makes them tick. For the latest installment, Couric asks the candidates: "If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to have along?" Also, check out the candidates' full responses to the previous questions in our "Primary Questions" video library. JOHN MCCAIN Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to have along? McCain: "Wealth of Nations" by Adam Smith, because we may be entering some pretty shaky economic times. And I think that's one of the seminal works concerning how the economy of the nation and the world functions. BARACK OBAMA Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to have along? Obama: Doris Kearns Goodwin's book "Team of Rivals." It was a biography of Lincoln. And she talks about Lincoln's capacity to bring opponents of his and people who have run against him in his cabinet. And he was confident enough to be willing to have these dissenting voices and confident enough to listen to the American people and push them outside of their comfort zone. And I think that part of what I want to do as president is push Americans a little bit outside of their comfort zone. It's a remarkable study in leadership. MITT ROMNEY Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to have along? Romney: "John Adams" by David McCullough. This one on John Adams connected with me in an unusual way - because of his relationship with Abigail - their closeness, and the extensive letter-writing. You saw something about his heart and character: A truly great leader who made a difference for America. And his example is one I'd want to follow. MIKE HUCKABEE Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to bring with you? Huckabee: There's a great book by Francis Schafer that had a real influence on me: "Whatever Happened to the Human Race?" And it talks about the dignity and worth of every individual. And it was a very shaping book for me, because it reminded me that at the core of our culture, at the core of our civilization is our sense of self respect for other individuals - as people of equal worth and value. And that no human being has greater value than another human being. JOHN EDWARDS Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to have along? Edwards: I.F. Stone's book, "The Trial of Socrates." Couric: Why? Edwards: Because he talks in … a very thoughtful way about the challenges that are faced by men about character, about integrity and about belief systems. And the book, I've read it several times. It had an impact on me. HILLARY CLINTON Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to have along? Clinton: I would certainly bring my copy of the Constitution because there was apparently not a copy in the Bush White House to the best I can determine. So I would bring The Federalist Papers. I would bring the historic documents about how our country started and the conflicts of opinion and philosophy that helped to form us, because we have been going through a period of time where the president and vice president have asserted an extensive view of executive power that I think is not in keeping with American history. RUDY GIULIANI Couric: If you were elected president, what is the one book other than the bible you would think is essential to bring along? Giuliani: The bible would be it. The next would be The Federalist Papers. I take this with me all over. I have one sits in my law office and the other sits in my security office, and I have one at home. And it contains also the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence as an appendix. Couric: You might be interested in knowing that Sen. Clinton had the exact same answer as you did. Giuliani: She did? It's been with me since I was a lawyer in private practice. Couric: Yeah. Who Knows? You might turn the Federalist papers into a bestseller. It might be a bestseller on Amazon.com. Giuliani: … a bestseller. It must be a bestseller already! Lincoln didn't give a fuck about black people!! |
