Because as long as we live in this country and collect and spend/or save the dead presidents in our wallets we will continue to be part of the capitalist system..panafricanist/nationalist or not. You can call it talking out the side of your neck all you want, you're doing it too.

That being said, I think Obama as a better chance of getting that bullet with his name on it catching up to him than I see him becoming president.

You're right! Man, what's interesting is that Black folks are all over the place with their politics I don't think many of our folks really know where the structures of capitalism and imperialism really begins or ends.

Black folk or those accepted as black folk deepening/ broadening their participation in this system in any form (with or without the realization that white folk will not let you use the system of racism white supremacy to defeat the system of racism white supremacy) "validates" the system as fundamentally just and endorses the inevitable and detrimental outcome for us.
