Pain, I'm NOT going anywhere, you speak about the Orisha this and Vodou that, what exactly did you do about the white people disrepecting the orishas like that? Nothing because you are the one who is a coward and full of it. Yeah I said I didn't think we should go against those whites that were granted access but their is reasons for that your not seeing correctly and obviously you don't care about those reasons, you think if a white person makes it thru then the whole spiritual house is false and fake. If that's how you feel then that's how you personally feel then. I don't care about white people and I don't like them but you forgot about the statement about that. Paleros are not cowards my friend and I would be happy to set an example on you phsyically. You can't stand the truth is the reason you want me out... You that pressed Pain for me to leave? You have a serious mental problem that you should address in your own spare time. What I say is how I feel cursing or not and if you don't like that Pain then that's too damn bad and it is a disgrace of you to speak wrongly of me, you don't know me son and you need to wake up and grow up.
Asante brother Pain protecting the legacy, spiritual power, and kultural konnections of our Afrikan Spiritual Systems as part of our total Afrikan Liberation/Redemption movement was the reason for this thread.
Asante sister Akuabarca you gave excellent points for all to consider as we build ourselves, families and the Afrikan World Order. We still call right from wrong and wrong from right by the power of our heritage and ancestors even still.
Much Afrikan Respect.
"PEACE & POWER to the Afrikan World/Cosmic Order"
His cloudy premise is that of equating negative with evil with darkness and this is proof positive that we're not dealing with a "spiritual" person because this is a rudimentary lesson.
He states:
"Without the negative energies in the universe and all around us their can not be any positive, without the negative their wouldn't be any growth thru lessons learned. Their can not be light without darkness, energy does not care about who is black or white, purple, or green. Energy is power, power is power it's how you use it that counts."
The power he is speaking of is not spiritual. It is psychic power. What is done with Palo is no different than what is done in Djab in Haiti, Obeah back home in Jamaica, Obeye/ Bayi in Akan, Won in Ga-Adangbe, Aje in Yoruba and so on. It is indeed NEUTRAL energy and whether it is used for good or evil depends upon the individual practitioner. However, these are not African spiritual systems!! You are not "spiritual" unless you are dealing with the actual ANCESTORS and ANCESTRESSES, first of all and there is a REQUIREMENT for who is actually an ancestor and ancestress. It isn't just any ol' spirit out there. They are those who crossed over into the ancestral realm and to have done so you must have displayed Suban Pa/ Iwa Rere while you were alive in the flesh. The basis of ALL African spiritual systems is DIVINE ORDER. In Kemet it was called Maat. In Akan it is called Nyamewa/ Nyame Nhye Hye. They are RULES/ REGULATIONS laid down by the Neteru, Abosom, Nommo, Vodou, Orisa etc., on how we are to conduct ourselves, what we are to do, what we are not to do, who we should relate to and how and who we should have no dealings with and if forced, how we should deal with them.
Second of all, you are not spiritual unless you are dealing with the Abosom, Orisa, Vodou etc., The Vodou, Orisa, Nommo, Abosom all have certain things, certain concepts, certain types of spirits that they HATE - that they want absolutely nothing to do with OUTSIDE of the obligation to either heal them (if applicable) or destroy them because they only function to perpetuate disorder in the universe. This is why we have Abosom such as Nana Tigare and others as well as their agent Abosomfɔ, Ɔbrafɔ and ƆKɔmfɔ whose business it is specifically to execute and exterminate disordered spirits and Abayifɔ & Ayɛnfɔ who use bayi, won, aje to do evil and use the disordered spirits of people who while alive did horrible things i.e. krakka slave masters, child molestors, rapists etc., It doesn't matter what they use disordered spirits to do. Disorder and it's purveyors according to Maat, according to Nyamewa/ Nyame Nhye hye (Divine Order) are to be purged. Disorder is not a part of Divine Order. Disorder is the perversion of Divine Order, the perversion of Maat, the perversion of Nyamewa/ Nyame Nhye Hye.
Then you have what SOME of the krakkas are doing "in" our traditions. They're dealing with the spirits of their own disordered dead relatives by way of basic psychic power. They have psychic power just as about anyone does including animals. However, they have no TUMI. They have no ASE. They don't even have aje, won, bayi etc., They damn sure don't have no Nananom Nsamanfo. They damn sure have no Egungun. They have no Kuvitɔ. They have no Abosom, Orisa, Vodou, Nommo etc.,
It is old and tired that people, especially those who profess to be "in the tradition" are still spewing out lies about there being no correlation between spiritual energies and physical manifestations. This is a LIE and an INSULT as it perpetuates, for instance, the EUROCENTRIC misinformation that Afurakanu/ Afuraitkaitnut (African people) and "white people" respectively look the way they do because of weather when plain and simple common sense as well as the information coming from our African Spiritual Systems tell us otherwise!!

Pain, Palo is an Afrikan spiritual system, this is more than Orisha whorship, Vodou, or what you call psychic power and yes we deal directly with the ANCESTORS, A system which would be considered the Kongo side of the egungun and yes I do actually have few Orishas but my Nkisis is more potent then any Orishas and the Lwas in my own personally opinion. Palo is seperate and totally different from any other spiritual system which doesn't need the lwa or the Orisha or any other system because Palo is complete, anything that can be done thru Orisha or Vodou or whatever can defintely be done thru Palo. This is a stand alone Afrikan Spiritual system. Pain, don't speak about something you know NOTHING about. You will not learn anything about Palo Mayombe online or thru books so stop trying.

Mamazen, this doesn't help one bit. I had no idea that any damn body could come on here and just disrespect African people with any defensive response from us here in the group being viewed as equivalent to the disrespectful invader. We can't even have an environment/ community online apparently that actually exercises order and absolutely has no tolerance for those who disrespect African people, African men, women and children, African spiritual systems, African culture and so on. The contested zone? Dragging out online wars with psychopathic text warriors? You suppose to eliminate the enemy if you have the power to do so, not tell the people to tolerate the disorderly individual in the community.
You expel the disorderly child molestor. You don't tell the child to deal with it. You expel the disorderly rapist from the community. You don't tell the women to deal with it. Anything less is a promotion of disorder.

This thread that totally corrupted by some serious name calling and hyperbole by a few of the participants....after I moved it to the Contested Zone sans the most disruptive parts it was still drawing fire, no constructive discussion.
Best to put the thread out of it's misery.
It's sad because it started out to be a really great thread.
